"I was a first time user of Pawshake and didn’t know what to expect. To be honest I was a little nervous about using the service. I found Nicole quickly and was very impressed by her multiple 5 star reviews so reached out. To say I’ve been left impressed is a vast understatement - Nicole is an excellent communicator and took such great care of our two cats (one of which is a little high maintenance and needs a tablet and an eye drop each day). She also provided daily updates with pictures.
Leaving your pets in their own home while their owners are away is so much better than leaving them in a cattery / cat hotel, and when they receive the level of care that Nicole provides, you’ll return to them being relaxed and well looked after.
Highly recommended and would love to engage her services again! "

"Grace was a wonderful sitter for my cat. She visited twice and spent a lot of time with him to keep him company. She communicated regularly and I appreciated her coming to visit us before the sit and coming back to drop my keys off. Highly recommend Grace to other cat parents 😊"

"Ilana looked after my cat Alice when I was interstate for work for a week. She was very communicative and showed proactiveness, trying to understand my (Alice’s) needs well before the designated visits.
She told me roughly what time she’d be visiting and would send me message on how she got along with Alice each day as Alice is a timid cat and can be hard to judge how she’s doing.
Ilana was great and I know Alice would be in good hands if she was ever to look after Alice again!
I highly recommend her looking after your pet babies :)"

"Angela was absolutely fantastic. Her communication was brilliant and she was a puuurfect cat sitter! She was reliable and helped us with an extra day at short notice which was greatly appreciated. She always texted me photos of the cats and updates.
Two of our cats are rescue and a lot less trusting of new people than average domesticated cats. Angela’s experience with rescue animals meant she was patient and gained the trust of one of them quickly which made us feel even more confident our cats were in good hands.
Can’t thank her enough 🙏 and can’t recommend her highly enough! "

"Ana has been absolutely wonderful! She took amazing care of my kittens and kept me updated the whole time, which gave me so much peace of mind. Great communication, very caring, and clearly loves cats. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again, and I’ll definitely be contacting her next time I travel. Highly recommend!
