"Maxine took care of our cat for about a month while we were overseas. She was super quick to respond to any communication and very professional in every aspect. As a pet owner and pet lover, she has heaps of experience with pets . Maxine is very reliable and was extraordinarily helpful. She walked an extra mile for us by sorting out a mail parcel delivery issue while we were away. This is obviously not something she was required to do. I would highly recommend Maxine for taking care of your pets."

"Anne was very easy to communicate with, and took the time to send updates and photos of my cats each visit. She even got them a toy for Christmas which they loved! My cats seemed to be very happy to be under the care of Anne. She took extra steps to make sure my cats were doing well and kept hydrated during the heatwave while I was away.
She is very lovely and trustworthy, would definitely rebook and recommend to my friends if they ever need a petsitter :)"

"Claudia is a very trustworthy, thorough and caring pet sitter. She was able to bond with our cats very quickly. After the cats made a mess she cleaned it all up, and refused an offer for her extra time and effort, which was very kind.
Claudia also collected the mail and put out the rubbish bins. It was nice to feel a sense of security while away.
I would definately recommend her as a reliable sitter for your pet."

"Feel very fortunate to have found Natalie. Our pets are rescues therefore carers need careful vetting to ensure minimal stress as the wrong person can trigger a PTSD reaction. Needless to say ALL our pets responded positively to Natalie’s gentle personality. It was nice to see the cats wrapping around her legs when she came by to drop the key back.
A great pet sitter means we can take more short breaks so will definitely be using Natalie’s service again.

Leo and Milo were calm, happy, and clearly well looked after when we got back—food, litter, and routines were all handled perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals and pays attention to the little details.

"Jacelyn took care of our two furr babies (cats) for 20 days and I cannot fault the service we received.
Our cats are indoor and have special feeders and different food but this was no problem for Jacelyn which made us feel confident leaving our furr babies in capable hands!
Throughout our trip, we received daily photos of the cats and updates on how everything was going. Knowing they were safe and happy kept us at ease.
Due to covid we had to extend our time away for another 5 days. During this stressful time Jacelyn did everything she could to ensure the cats were okay, checking they had enough food and litter for the extra days.
The care of our cats is our number 1 priority and Jacelyn went above and beyond to care for them and we are extremely grateful. We will definitely be booking again."-Review by -anonymized-

"Bec was an amazing pet sitter for our 2 dogs, while we were away on holidays for 2 weeks! Immediately our minds were put at ease with daily updates & pictures, and we could see how happy the dogs were in the photos! "From the moment of my first contact with Melissa I had an overwhelming feeling of confidence that ny precious furry family members where going to be cared for in the best possible way. During the 3 weeks I had easy and regular communication with Melissa as to how they were going as well as reassuring photos/videos all of which confirmed my initial feelings of confidence that the family where in the best and safest hands possible. I returned to 3 happy cats who were relaxed, happy, and who didn’t seem to miss a beat. Medication was expertly and competently handled as was a slightly more anxious cat and fussy eater all with no trouble. It was a perfect match and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Melissa (as long as it doesn’t clash with my future requests for bookings!!!) as i would have Melissa over anyone else and so would the furkids…(they want me to pass that on!!!)
