"Rachel was an absolutely fantastic pet sitter! This was the first time we used the Pawshake service so we were a little nervous but after my initial meeting with Rachel I was feeling very confident. Rachel really took great care of our two boys (cats) and took time to play with them every day and ensure I was updated with photos regularly. When we came home they were happy and healthy, no signs of stress at all. When Rachel came over to drop off the keys they approached her as if old friends and were completely at ease. On top of that our cats had been shedding hair and Rachel vacuumed the area before we arrived home which we were incredibly grateful for. I am now very happy I have found a reliable and trustworthy pet sitter in Rachel, and I have already recommended her to friends and family in the area!"

"I can not thank Vanessa enough for her service, she was a great communicator from the very start which set the whole family at ease immediately about making this very hard decision to leave our ageing Socs for the very first time with anyone except family. Vanessa is a lovely caring person, it is obvious she loves animals, she is reliable, trust worthy and respectful. Vanessa followed all instructions that were discussed and kept in regular contact updating us on Socs. We arrived home to a very well looked after relaxed cat. I would not hesitate to recommend Vanessa for any kind of pet minding services that may be required. If necessary I will certainly be using Vanessa to care for Socs in the future. "Rodd was a thoughtful and respectful pet sitter for our cat Tiger. He understood Tiger's preference for privacy (or hiding under the bed) and still attempted to let her outside each visit per my requests (even if Tiger decided that under the bed was more interesting).
We came home to a clean house and well-fed kitty cat. I'll definitely book Rodd again if Tiger needs visiting in future."

"Rae stepped in over Christmas and New Year due to an emergency. She responded to my urgent request for a cat sitter promptly, asked all the right questions about what expectations I had, what my cat needed and liked and went out of her way to pick up keys and sit with my cat at the last minute. To me, she obviously took great care and time to let my cat get used to her as the rapport she developed with him was evident in the lovely photos she sent through. Report cards were thorough and sent through at the same time each day so I was not left wondering how things were going. I highly recommend Rae as a wonderful pet sitter. "
