"Wing and her boyfriend took exceptional care of our cats while we were away. We were especially grateful because one of our cats, Wanzi, had been unwell recently and required extra attention and care.
They looked after her with so much patience, kindness, and dedication, making sure she was comfortable and well cared for. They also kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away.

"Rachel is a wonderful person who genuinely has a deep love of animals. She did daily drop-ins to our home to feed our two cats for a month while we were in Europe. We could not have been happier, she was attentive and her communication was fantastic. Rachel bonded with both our pets (even the slightly skittish cat), which shows her kind and trusting personality.
She is now our go-to carer and I have recommended her to family and friends.

"This was our first time using Percy as our cat sitter, and we couldn't be happier with the care she provided.
Percy kept us updated with photos and videos while we were away, which gave us so much peace of mind. Unfortunately, our cat is very territorial, unsociable, and wasn't very welcoming—she kept trying to attack Percy! We felt terrible, but Percy was incredibly patient, understanding, and never gave up on making sure our cat was cared for.

Our cats are typically quite shy with strangers, but Jessie showed remarkable patience and understanding. Through a thoughtful combination of toys, treats, gentle music and careful coaxing from their hiding spots, she gradually earned their trust. By the end of her stay, both cats were completely comfortable with her—our youngest, Moka, even followed her around the house purring loudly, which is a true testament to how safe they felt in her presence.
Jessie was meticulous about maintaining their daily routine. The litter box was always spotlessly clean, water bowls were refreshed regularly, food was provided on schedule, and she offered treats at just the right times. Most importantly, she gave them abundant attention and playtime daily.
What truly impressed us was her consistent communication. We received daily text updates along with adorable photos and videos of our furry companions, which provided wonderful peace of mind while we were away. "We were anxious about leaving our two cats for a few days as we have had them a year and we have never had them in an cattery or had a sitter come in before. The cats can be a bit timid and we were worried how they would relate to a new person in their lives.
Darren was brilliant right from the start - he came around to meet the cats a week before we went away and we could see that he was really a pet person. He has a cat and a dog of his own.
He visited the cats twice a day while we were away and sent photos and videos of them feeding and being groomed every day. The cats were very happy when we got home.
Darren also washed up all the cat dishes which we didn’t expect as we have plenty of them in the cupboard.
We would highly recommend Darren to anyone requiring a pet sitter. We hope to use his services again in the future."

"I couldn’t be more pleased with Jess as my cat sitter! She took such great care of my fur baby while I was away. Every day, she made sure to brush my cat, give her asthma puffs, and administer her medication on time. I also appreciated that she ensured the auto-feeder was working smoothly and kept my cat’s water fresh. "Mark took amazing care of Dodge my kitty while I was away for two weeks. Dodge required special care due to chronic illness and Mark, Helen and Chloe took it on themselves to make sure he got his medications on time, that he ate well and received lots of love. Constant pictures and videos gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Mark, who has lovely kitties of his own and is flexible on arrangements. He also takes instructions very seriously.
