"Lulu and her family recently looked after our senior dog for a week. He was given the best care in that time. Lulu regularly sent us photos of our boy who had an amazing time with the other dogs there. When we picked him up he was calm and happy. Lulu alleviated my anxiety about leaving our dog with a stranger following a bad experience with a different dog minding service years prior. "Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"I am beyond happy with the pet-sitting service provided by Yali! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my little Kushi, i will prefer only Yali than any other pet sitter. They treated him like part of the family, and I could tell he had such a great time. He was so well cared for, even sleeping on their bed! "Jessica and her husband are very fantastic pet sitters. Our dogs initially didn’t get along with other dogs. However, after we left them with Jessica and her husband, they managed to get along with other dogs and are now extremely friendly! Super thankful for what they have done with the dogs. Additionally, they always sent daily updates and photos of the dogs during our holiday ensuring that they were in good hands and were enjoying their stay. They are very trustworthy and caring towards the dogs and we would highly recommend their services. Looking forward to future holidays knowing that our dogs enjoyed the stay and are in very capable hands."

"Judith was such a lovely and amazing dog sitter. She took such great care of Ruby, and treated my dog Ruby like her own, and was very good at communicating Ruby’s progress with me when I was away during my trip - I was updated with lots of lovely photos of Ruby and I was very reassured that Ruby was doing great. Honey was actually with Tracey & Josh for four nights, Sunday to Thursday, and we couldn't be happier with the obvious 1st Class treatment our fur baby "Honey", received. The spring in her step, when we picked her up, indicated that she'd been properly fed and watered and obviously taken on long and interesting walks.
We came from Newcastle to stay in Sydney so a meet and greet was not possible. No problem. Tracey is a great communicator and coped with all the fiddly changes we threw at her, including the cut on Honey's mouth that required the application of cream, and horror of all horrors a cone of shame.
We think Honey was beautifully cared for, the daily photo updates were welcome and underpin the care and attention extended to Honey. We have no hesitation recommending Tracey & Josh to anyone for their pet-sitting requirements."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the care our two dogs received from Katja and her family. They stayed with her for 9 nights while our home was being renovated, and it was clear from the photos that they were having an amazing time, smiling and enjoying the company of other dogs. Katja was incredibly attentive to their needs, providing gentle walks (as they’re older) and plenty of cuddles. Unlike kennels, which often charge extra for walks, attention, or special care, everything was included in the fee with Katja. When I went to pick them up, although they were happy to see me, one of my dogs momentarily turned back, as if to stay! It was obvious they were very happy and comfortable in Katja’s care. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!"

"This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video!
