"I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"We recently returned from a 5-day trip and couldn't be happier with the exceptional care our cats received from Jessie. Her dedication went far beyond our expectations!
Our cats are typically quite shy with strangers, but Jessie showed remarkable patience and understanding. Through a thoughtful combination of toys, treats, gentle music and careful coaxing from their hiding spots, she gradually earned their trust. By the end of her stay, both cats were completely comfortable with her—our youngest, Moka, even followed her around the house purring loudly, which is a true testament to how safe they felt in her presence.
Jessie was meticulous about maintaining their daily routine. The litter box was always spotlessly clean, water bowls were refreshed regularly, food was provided on schedule, and she offered treats at just the right times. Most importantly, she gave them abundant attention and playtime daily.
What truly impressed us was her consistent communication. We received daily text updates along with adorable photos and videos of our furry companions, which provided wonderful peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, we found two very happy, relaxed cats—the ultimate proof of excellent care.
Jessie is an absolute gem of a pet sitter, and we will definitely be utilising her services again for future trips. Her genuine love for animals shines through in everything she does. I couldn't possibly recommend her highly enough!"

"We were anxious about leaving our two cats for a few days as we have had them a year and we have never had them in an cattery or had a sitter come in before. The cats can be a bit timid and we were worried how they would relate to a new person in their lives.
Darren was brilliant right from the start - he came around to meet the cats a week before we went away and we could see that he was really a pet person. He has a cat and a dog of his own.
He visited the cats twice a day while we were away and sent photos and videos of them feeding and being groomed every day. The cats were very happy when we got home.
Darren also washed up all the cat dishes which we didn’t expect as we have plenty of them in the cupboard.
We would highly recommend Darren to anyone requiring a pet sitter. We hope to use his services again in the future."

"Mark took amazing care of Dodge my kitty while I was away for two weeks. Dodge required special care due to chronic illness and Mark, Helen and Chloe took it on themselves to make sure he got his medications on time, that he ate well and received lots of love. Constant pictures and videos gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Mark, who has lovely kitties of his own and is flexible on arrangements. He also takes instructions very seriously.
