"Laura was absolutely amazing looking after our Tibetan Mastiff while we were away for two weeks! From the start, she was professional, reliable, and genuinely kind, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dog was in such great hands.
She handled our large dog with confidence and care, and we could tell the dog was happy and comfortable the whole time. On top of that, she left our home spotless, which we really appreciated!

"My two cats loved having Yasmin look after them over 4 days (combination of 1 and 2 visits a day) while I went interstate.
Yasmin shared daily photos, where it was clear they felt really comfortable in her company - even my anxious cat! She was reliable and consistent with her visit times, and had great communication.
Yasmin also made sure the cats had consistency of care, following the list of left care needs and sharing updates of tasks done each visit.

"Laura took great care our 3 cats when we were away. She’s very experienced with cats (and dogs), spent time cuddling them and sent us photos. "Zaheera is AMAZING! We were let down by our previously booked pet sitter the day before we were due to go away. Hours later we were able to get in contact with Zaheera and she was kind enough to come over that very same night to meet all our pets and run through their routine. Our plans were very unpredictable and Zaheera was able to accommodate additional days at short notice. She gave us detailed daily updates along with photos. We were amazed that even the most timid of our cats were not only comfortable with Zaheera but approached her for pats! It was clear she cared for them. She didn't just clean the trays, feed them and leave. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Zaheera. She will undoubtedly exceed your expectations!"

"Katherine and her mum recently minded our cats for two weekends, coming to visit and feed them twice a day. I was so impressed by their warmth and kindness - it’s obvious they love cats, and they looked after ours with such great care, even giving medication to one of our older cats. "Elias took great care of our cats over the long weekend, and we’re really happy with the experience. He was reliable, easy to communicate with, and clearly attentive to their needs.
When we got back, our cats were relaxed and comfortable, which is always the best sign. They had even finished their wet food plates, which they usually don’t do when we’re away, so that really stood out to us.

"We couldn’t be happier with the care Sam provided for our dogs while we were away on holiday. He did twice-daily home visits and handled all aspects of their care with so much reliability and kindness.
