"Denise was a life-saver while we were away for two weeks! The cats trusted her pretty much straight away during the meet and greet (it took Freyja little time to warm up to cuddles and brushing once we were away), and I'm thankful to say that seems to have stayed the same throughout her care. We had to change things up halfway through the booking because one of our cats developed an upset tummy and needed some medication added to her food twice a day.
Not only did Denise take the change in the booking conditions in stride, but figured out the ideal way to get the meds into Verdandi (she's a very food motivated cat, and Denise sorted out the exact mix of treats to get her to take the medicine without complaint).
Having Denise taking care of our two really put me at ease while we were away. I was a little nervous, as this is the first time we've taken a longer vacation in quite a while, but she handled everything with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Her daily updates absolutely made me feel like our cats were in excellent hands for the duration of our trip!"

"Katherine and her mum recently minded our cats for two weekends, coming to visit and feed them twice a day. I was so impressed by their warmth and kindness - it’s obvious they love cats, and they looked after ours with such great care, even giving medication to one of our older cats. I appreciated how they kept in touch regularly and sent us photos of each of the cats. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were being looked after so well. I would happily recommend Katherine and her mum as reliable, friendly pet sitters - our cats loved them too!"

"Iren has been the best with my little cat! Not only she came to feed her but she also made sure to spend time with my cat, to play with her, she groomed her , but she also made sure to send me videos and pictures to reassure me. Iren also makes sure to reply to every text and is very quick in her response time which is highly appreciated! She really made sure that my cat was well looked after, and I can really see that she cared not only for the animal, but also for the « worried owner »!!! I will for sure book Iren again! Best cat sitter ever !"

"Olivia was fantastic - we felt so comfortable leaving our sensitive kitty in her hands while overseas. She kept us updated every day with info and photos, and she was loving and caring. Our cat has been through a few health issues over the years, and she needs extra TLC, often apprehensive of strangers - but she took to Olivia immediately, and we were so happy to have found her! "Michelle is highly reliable, punctual and responsible. She absolutely adores cats, so I knew she would respect my cats and treat them properly. We had very open communication, and I felt I could enquire/ask her any concerns I had during my holidays. She also kept me updated on a daily basis. She sent me pictures and videos every day, so I could constantly see how my cats were doing. I was at peace of mind during my holidays knowing Michelle was taking care of my cats. "We recently had an urgent family trip come up and needed someone reliable to take care of our three cats on short notice. Jess stepped in and did an absolutely fantastic job! From the moment we contacted her, she was responsive, understanding, and accommodating.
Jess took the time to meet with us beforehand, ensuring she understood all of our cat’s needs and routines. She sent us regular updates, photos & videos, which was incredibly reassuring and allowed us to focus on our trip without worrying about our furry friends.

"Molly did a wonderful job of looking after our cat Bella (who has no eyes) for a month while we were in Europe! 😊 She was great at communicating and sending us photos, videos and updates regularly. She clearly has a love for all animals and was saddened to find our goldfish had passed. She was kind enough to let us know and ask what to do. "Rachel was an absolutely fantastic pet sitter! This was the first time we used the Pawshake service so we were a little nervous but after my initial meeting with Rachel I was feeling very confident. Rachel really took great care of our two boys (cats) and took time to play with them every day and ensure I was updated with photos regularly. When we came home they were happy and healthy, no signs of stress at all. When Rachel came over to drop off the keys they approached her as if old friends and were completely at ease. On top of that our cats had been shedding hair and Rachel vacuumed the area before we arrived home which we were incredibly grateful for.
