"Michelle is highly reliable, punctual and responsible. She absolutely adores cats, so I knew she would respect my cats and treat them properly. We had very open communication, and I felt I could enquire/ask her any concerns I had during my holidays. She also kept me updated on a daily basis. She sent me pictures and videos every day, so I could constantly see how my cats were doing. I was at peace of mind during my holidays knowing Michelle was taking care of my cats. "Olivia was fantastic - we felt so comfortable leaving our sensitive kitty in her hands while overseas. She kept us updated every day with info and photos, and she was loving and caring. Our cat has been through a few health issues over the years, and she needs extra TLC, often apprehensive of strangers - but she took to Olivia immediately, and we were so happy to have found her! "Katherine and her mum recently minded our cats for two weekends, coming to visit and feed them twice a day. I was so impressed by their warmth and kindness - it’s obvious they love cats, and they looked after ours with such great care, even giving medication to one of our older cats. I appreciated how they kept in touch regularly and sent us photos of each of the cats. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were being looked after so well. I would happily recommend Katherine and her mum as reliable, friendly pet sitters - our cats loved them too!"

"Luciana is an excellent pet carer. As a person with anxiety, I was very nervous about leaving my bunny with someone. However, Luciana was the most calm, understanding and respectful towards my needs with cinnamon. She constantly reassured me that cinnamon would be in good hands and well taken care of, and that is certainly true. Luciana made sure that cinnamon was comfortable, got lots of cuddles and even spent time watching tv together. Cinnamon loved Luciana from the first day they met, she was eating and pooping and peeing as normal and even enjoying some new treats, this made me feel at ease
knowing cinnamon was enjoying herself. Luciana really made it easier for me to enjoy my holiday. I definitely recommend Luciana for any pet care needs you have, and I will definitely be booking her services again:) "

"I'm so grateful to Sachi for taking care of my 2 dogs, cat and fish while I was overseas for a month. I was stressed about leaving them but felt that having a carer come to my home was a better option than leaving them in a boarding kennel, especially my senior dog who is a bit lame and on daily medication.
I met Sachi in my home and as soon as he met the dogs I felt immediately comfortable with him. He is calm and professional and at the same time respectful and professional. I explained what I needed him to do, how often, what medication to give and when along with details like indoor accidents, changing kitty litter and emergency contacts. I interviewed other carers but felt that Sachi was just right for my needs and so offered him the job which he accepted.
We met again shortly before I left just to go over everything again and then I was off.
He kept me informed every visit, twice a day with a photo diary and daily updates and he even did a supermarket run when the dog food ran low! He was really such a great person and he cleaned up accidents and let me know everyday of what was going on. He even put my bins out!
If you are looking for true animal lover with a great sense of responsibility you can trust Sachi to help. I sincerely recommend him and without hesitation will contact him again for the next holiday care. Ten out of ten!!!"
