"I was really happy with the care Jess gave my cats. Before I went away, Jess was very happy to come round for a meet and greet and took the time to answer all my questions. This really helped me get to know her and feel comfortable trusting her with my fur kids and my home.
While I was away, Jess was great at keeping in touch and sent me lots of photos and updates, which was lovely and reassuring. She followed my instructions, made sure the cats were fed and watered, and cleaned up after them.
It was also clear that Jess really enjoyed spending time with the cats and genuinely cared about how they were doing. I came home to happy, well-looked-after cats, which is exactly what you hope for when you leave them in someone else’s care.

"Rachel is a wonderful person who genuinely has a deep love of animals. She did daily drop-ins to our home to feed our two cats for a month while we were in Europe. We could not have been happier, she was attentive and her communication was fantastic. "This was our first time using Percy as our cat sitter, and we couldn't be happier with the care she provided.
Percy kept us updated with photos and videos while we were away, which gave us so much peace of mind. Unfortunately, our cat is very territorial, unsociable, and wasn't very welcoming—she kept trying to attack Percy! We felt terrible, but Percy was incredibly patient, understanding, and never gave up on making sure our cat was cared for.
Despite the challenging circumstances, Percy remained professional, kind, and dedicated. We truly appreciated her patience and the love she showed our difficult little fur baby.

"We recently returned from a 5-day trip and couldn't be happier with the exceptional care our cats received from Jessie. Her dedication went far beyond our expectations!
Our cats are typically quite shy with strangers, but Jessie showed remarkable patience and understanding. Through a thoughtful combination of toys, treats, gentle music and careful coaxing from their hiding spots, she gradually earned their trust. By the end of her stay, both cats were completely comfortable with her—our youngest, Moka, even followed her around the house purring loudly, which is a true testament to how safe they felt in her presence.
Jessie was meticulous about maintaining their daily routine. The litter box was always spotlessly clean, water bowls were refreshed regularly, food was provided on schedule, and she offered treats at just the right times. Most importantly, she gave them abundant attention and playtime daily.
What truly impressed us was her consistent communication. We received daily text updates along with adorable photos and videos of our furry companions, which provided wonderful peace of mind while we were away. "Belle looked after our kitten for two weeks while we were away, and we honestly could not have asked for a better cat sitter. From the very beginning, she made us feel completely calm and reassured that our baby was safe, loved, and well cared for.
We came home to a happy, relaxed, and incredibly affectionate kitten - honestly the most cuddly and loving we’ve ever seen her. It was so clear that Belle spent genuine time with her and took amazing care of her emotional wellbeing, not just the basics.
