"Donna-Marie was an AMAZING catsitter. She took care of our cats for a week and we couldn't have imagined someone better for our quite shy babies. She doesn't only show up to take care of your cats' basic necessities (food, water, litter)- she goes above and beyond to make sure they're comfortable in her care. We really saw how much time and energy she put into every one of her visits, taking time to play with them, talk to them, and earn her trust. We received lots of pictures and videos every single day which put us at ease as we've never been away from them for this long. I could not recommend her higher for anyone who is in need of cat care!"

"I was a first time user of Pawshake and didn’t know what to expect. To be honest I was a little nervous about using the service. I found Nicole quickly and was very impressed by her multiple 5 star reviews so reached out. To say I’ve been left impressed is a vast understatement - Nicole is an excellent communicator and took such great care of our two cats (one of which is a little high maintenance and needs a tablet and an eye drop each day). She also provided daily updates with pictures.
Leaving your pets in their own home while their owners are away is so much better than leaving them in a cattery / cat hotel, and when they receive the level of care that Nicole provides, you’ll return to them being relaxed and well looked after.

"Prunella and Darren were excellent cat-sitters. They were professional, caring and trustworthy. Prunella and Darren followed all of the instructions we had left perfectly, and were proactive in keeping our cat entertained. They provided daily updates with photos and videos, gave our little one all the attention he needed while we were away, and even watered our plants. It was very reassuring to know that our cat was being taken care of by people that both knew what they were doing and treated him with the affection to which he is accustomed.
