Hi! I’m a mid-30s finance professional based in Sydney’s Lower North Shore, living with my partner, parents, two kids, and our friendly 7-year-old Border Collie boy, Waffle. I work from home full-time (as does my partner), so there’s almost always someone at home to supervise and care for your pet.

About my services

I offer a safe, home-style boarding environment where your dog will be treated like part of the family. I board no more than 3 dogs at a time to ensure each one gets enough attention and space. Dogs have access to a large 700sqm fully fenced backyard for toilet breaks, with gates always locked and secure, but are kept indoors most of the time in a spacious living and dining area. There is plenty of room to move, explore, and relax, including a home office space where we spend most of our day (and where dogs love to stay close to us).

I ensure:

• A secure, hazard-free environment with no access to unsafe items
• Shade and cooling in hot weather, and warm, comfortable indoor spaces in colder months
• At least 1 hour of physical exercise daily, including 1–2 walks per day (around 30 minutes each, depending on weather)
• Constant companionship, with supervision almost 24/7 (except for short errands or exercise)

I’m also happy to administer basic oral medications and follow specific care routines provided by owners. While I don’t offer formal training, I maintain consistent routines and positive reinforcement. Light grooming such as brushing can also be arranged.

Daily routine & availability

Pet care fits naturally into our daily life as we are home most of the time. I’m available most days of the week, including public holidays, making it easy to accommodate different schedules. Your dog will rarely be left alone and will enjoy a calm, family-oriented environment.

Living environment

Our home is a double-storey house, but guest pets stay mainly downstairs where the main living areas are. Dogs sleep in the living/dining area where they feel comfortable and close to us. Our neighbourhood is very pet-friendly, with an off-leash park just 200 metres away and a strong community of local dog owners.

I have over 7 years of pet sitting experience, starting when we welcomed Waffle into our lives. He is gentle, social, and enjoys having other dogs around. I’ve always loved animals—my childhood dream was to have a house full of dogs—and pet sitting allows me to bring that dream to life while helping other pet owners feel at ease when they’re away.
