"I had Jessica stay at my home to care for my elderly cat, Marty, who has ongoing medical needs, for 10 nights while I was away. What initially drew me to her was her profile, which mentioned her experience with senior pets requiring special care—and I’m so glad I trusted my instincts, as she absolutely lived up to that impression.
From the outset, Jessica showed genuine enthusiasm and care. She was eager to come and meet both Marty and me as soon as I made contact, which immediately put me at ease. She asked thoughtful questions to fully understand Marty’s routine, behaviours, and medical requirements.
Jessica provided me with daily updates, with detailed notes on Marty’s habits, moods, and any changes she noticed. On top of that, she handled a fair bit of cleanup due to Marty’s condition, which I was incredibly grateful for—and I returned to a spotless home.
Jessica was kind, responsible, and truly attentive throughout the entire stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter, especially for animals needing a little extra care. 10 out of 10 from me!"

"Ariel looked after my rescue staffy, Winter, for an entire month! I'd never been away from her for more than 10 days so was a super nervous mum, especially given she's a rescue and has separation anxiety.
Because of this, I hired Ariel for many walks, house visits and an overnight trial in the lead-up to my holiday so they could get well-acquainted and build trust. Ariel was so patient, understanding and caring throughout the entire process.
Even though Winter would refuse to walk with her, Ariel persevered with positive reinforcement and really showed how much she cared for Winter's well-being. This was also evident throughout the month she housesat and looked after Winter. She managed Winter's medication and allergies with the utmost care and knowing my baby was in good hands, really allowed me to enjoy my holiday to the fullest. I got constant updates throughout and the house was so well kept.
I'd highly recommend Ariel to any pet parent who wants someone to truly care about their pet and do whatever it takes to show them the love and patience they need. She's truly a gem and I'm so glad I found a sitter I can trust and rely on! "

"This was my first time using a house and dog sitter, so I was initially a bit hesitant. However, any concerns I had quickly disappeared thanks to Bianca. "Laura was fantastic from start to finish! She had great communication, was very accomodating and most of all, gave us peace of mind while we were away that our pups were in great hands! "Meret looked after both Judie, our dog, and Rocky, our cat, beautifully. We had some communication problems from our end, but Meret dealt with that graciously and patiently and got on with looking after our pets. "Cassandra's care of our Corgi , Sunny was exemplary. She went above and beyond to ensure that Sunny was well looked after and happy. In addition to his regular twice daily walks, she took time out during weekends and a public holiday to take him for numerous outings to the beach, city and a family picnic.
She regularly sent photographs and videos of these events and it was evident that he enjoyed himself thoroughly. This was particularly impressive as his behaviour seemed to improve while he was with her and reinforced her dog training credentials.
Sunny displayed both exuberance and obedience in equal measure when he was in Cassandra’s presence.
I would not hesitate in recommending Cassandra to anyone who needs a dog sitter and would also not hesitate in using her again. Cassandra’s professionalism, enthusiasm and overall attention to detail was outstanding.

After an initial introduction meeting, she met with my wife to dog walk and go over instructions which gave us great peace of mind.

"JR was simply amazing! She handled everything with grace and maturity, and we were so glad we'd booked her. From the very beginning of the meet & greet it was clear JR is an 'animal person' as both our dog and cat warmed to her straight away and seemed really calm around her (this is not typical for the dog especially). JR asked sensible questions which was helpful because it was our first time booking someone through a site like this. While we were away, she sent updates at least daily, and it was really clear the pets were well looked after and getting a LOT of attention.

"Margaret was the perfect pet sitter when we went away for the weekend. She took special cared for our dog who was recovering from an operation - cooking her special meals which was really appreciated. Our family recently had to travel interstate at short notice. We have a shy cat and a large pond full of fish. From our very first interaction, Rosie was prompt and clear in her communication. She took the time to ask detailed questions about our pets’ routines, preferences, and any special instructions we had regarding the pets and the house. During our trip, she sent twice daily updates with photos, for which our kids were very grateful, and which reassured me that our pets were in great hands.
Upon returning home, I was impressed by how clean everything was. Rosie made sure to keep the litter box tidy and the feeding area spotless. It was clear that she treated our home and cat with respect and care.
Perhaps the most heartwarming aspect of Rosie’s care was her evident kindness. Our cat, who can be a bit wary of new people, warmed up to her immediately. According to my teenage daughter "she passed the vibe check". She clearly loves cats, and her genuine care made a world of difference.
Overall, Rosie is a fantastic cat (and fish) sitter and an excellent choice for anyone looking for someone reliable and loving to care for their pets. I will definitely be reaching out to her again for future pet-sitting needs!"
