Hi there! I'm Shelly, a USYD graduate in Animal and Veterinary Bioscience, currently working in animal care at a research lab in Macquarie Uni. I’ve always loved all sorts of animals, and caring for them is both my profession and something I genuinely enjoy. Of course, I also absolutely love having some fluffy company along the way <3

I have extensive experience taking care of cats, small to medium-sized dogs, and various exotic pets including rodents, bunnies, parrots, fish and reptiles. As a budgie owner who is currently away from her birds and misses them deeply, I extend the warmest welcome to any feathered friend :))

Service provided includes overnight home sitting atm. Unfortunately, I’m not able to accommodate pets in my own home. I’m also a big believer that most pets are happiest and most relaxed in their familiar surroundings, so I’m very happy to travel to your home to care for them there. Please also note that I do charge separately for dog walking. I am capable of medication administration either orally or by injection if needed. 

I’d love to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand so we can get to know each other, make sure your furbaby and I get along, and go through any specific requirements or routines. It would also be really helpful if you could tell me a little about your pet in advance, like their usual routine, personality, likes and dislikes, feeding arrangements, medication, and anything else you think I should know. Please also let me know your general location before booking, to allow me checking whether I have viable travel options (as I do rely on public transport).
