Hi! I’m Monty, a passionate animal lover based in Sydney’s Inner West, and I’d love to help care for your furry family members.

As I currently rent, I’m unfortunately unable to have pets of my own, so I cherish every opportunity to spend time with animals. Whether it’s caring for family and friends’ pets or looking after yours, I treat every animal with the same love, patience and attention I’d give my own.

I have experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from Chihuahuas to Staffies and Huskies. I’ve also volunteered at desexing campaigns, walked rescue dogs through DoggieRescue, fostered both cats and dogs, and cared for chickens.

One of my most memorable experiences was rescuing an injured stray kitten while travelling in Colombia. I paused my travel plans for four months to nurse her back to health, cleaning her wounds, feeding her and administering medication every day. Once she had fully recovered, I flew home with her, ensured she was vaccinated and desexed, and found her a wonderful forever family. Experiences like this reflect the level of dedication and compassion I bring to every pet in my care.

• Home visits (30–60 minutes, maximum one visit per day)
