Do you need help with your precious pets while being away from home? I may be able to assist.

I'm a mature professional, country-educated with Animal Care Studies qualifications, available on referral to care for your beloved fur-babes in-home.

Over the last 20yrs I've house-sat for rural and city clients owning domestic and working dogs, horses, cats (exotic, moggies and pedigree/show), birds and fish (tropical and native). I've taken care of rabbits, possums and guinea pigs in city vet clinics and lived-in as residential staff in private schools offering competition equine facilities and boarding. 

Visiting my long-term city feline clients, monitoring an animal's behavioural aspects and taking care of advanced-age feline medical needs in-house are my specialities. While studying pet care, animal behaviour and vet nursing electives @2015-2018 I worked part-time in a small animal clinic in Sydney's inner west, a large specialist referral vet hospital/emergency centre in Sydney's north, and have consulted with specialist referral vet centres for my client's pet treatment needs including SASH, SEVS, and UVTH. I am experienced with cat and dog adoptions, street feeding, reception/admin duties for animal welfare groups and volunteered with colony cat rescue services through Inner City Strays: [link hidden] 

I can stay onsite if your pet needs medical attention or treatment which cannot be given in vet or clinic boarding due to stress or age needs, or I visit your home daily to provide feeding and medication needs. This consists of evening/morning attendance to your pet/s with mobile text updates sent each day or constant supervision by arrangement. I take care of all husbandry and grooming, medical and tableting needs, daily food, litter and companionship requirements. I also look after referral cases from vet clinics as-required for medical needs, behaviour and medication observations. I make client/vet liaison/specialist centre visits for updates or with pets while their owners are away or in urgent referral cases.
