I grew up surrounded by pets and animals have always been a big part of my life — I understand their routines, body language, and what it takes to keep them comfortable and happy, even when their owners aren’t around. That connection is what makes me genuinely enjoy this kind of work, not just something I do on the side.

I currently offer dog walking and home visits (drop-in care). For walks, I tailor the pace and route to your dog’s energy level and age, making sure they get proper exercise while staying safe on the lead — I always double-check harnesses/collars before heading out and keep dogs on-lead near roads or off-lead areas unless I know they’re reliable. Sessions typically run 30 to 60 minutes, and I’m happy to send photo updates afterwards.

For home visits, I’ll come to your place to feed, refresh water, give attention and playtime, and handle any specific care instructions you leave me (medication, litter box, etc.), usually 20 to 30 minutes per visit depending on your pet’s needs.

I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of most temperaments and sizes — I’ve handled everything from anxious rescue dogs to elderly cats needing medication, always adjusting my approach to what each pet needs. If your pet has specific behavioural needs (reactivity, no off-lead trust, etc.), just let me know beforehand so we can plan the visit properly — I’d rather ask questions upfront than surprise anyone.
