Hi, I’m Taylia!

I’m a friendly Kiwi with plenty of pet experience, having grown up with all kinds of dogs my entire life. Since moving here, I’ve been missing having a walkies companion very dearly. I had to leave my gorgeous big 2-year-old Golden Retriever, Whiskey (pictured in my profile), back home, and most days I stop every dog on the street for pats because I miss him so much.

When I look after pets, I take the time to learn their individual personalities, preferences, and routines. I adjust walks to suit each dog’s needs, energy levels, and temperament, whether that means a relaxed sniff-filled stroll or a more active adventure. I’m also more than happy to support gentle leash training along the way if needed, always prioritising a pet’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing above all else.

I have experience with many different dog personalitie, whether that's friendly, anxious, playful etc, having raised a dog myself i come prepped with knowledge!

I’m very active and would love to explore more walks around the city with a furry companion in tow. I’m always happy to join in on their favourite activities too—whether that’s fetch, belly rubs, or just quality time together. I have a massive soft spot for Golden Retrievers, but honestly, I’d be thrilled to spend time with any furry friend. Rest assured, your dog will be extremely well cared for and very loved in my care
