Our experience with pets comes from hands-on, real-life care, working with animals of different sizes, personalities, and emotional needs. Over time, we have learned that every pet reacts differently, and that patience, observation, and consistency are essential to providing good care.

One of our most meaningful experiences was caring for a pet with anxious and territorial behaviour. At the beginning, the pet was easily stressed by other animals and unfamiliar environments. Instead of forcing a routine, we adjusted our approach by choosing quiet walking routes, avoiding crowded areas, and walking during less busy hours. We kept a calm energy, used gentle communication, and maintained a predictable routine. Over time, the pet became more relaxed and confident during walks, which was very rewarding to see.

We have also cared for shy and sensitive pets who needed extra time to feel safe. In these cases, we focus on giving them space, moving slowly, and allowing them to approach us at their own pace. Building trust first always leads to better care and a more positive experience for the pet.

While we do not claim formal veterinary training, our experience has taught us how to read body language, recognise signs of stress or discomfort, and adapt quickly to each situation. We are attentive to changes in behaviour, appetite, or energy levels and take action early if something seems unusual.

Communication with pet owners is a key part of our service. We share regular updates, photos, and messages so owners know how their pet is doing. When caring for pets with special behaviours or sensitivities, we make sure owners are informed and involved. In case of any concern or emergency, we contact the owner immediately and follow their instructions carefully.

Our approach is based on responsibility, empathy, and real experience. We treat every pet with patience, respect, and genuine care, always aiming to provide a calm, safe, and positive environment.

Regarding our Dog Walking service, our walks usually last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the pet’s age, energy level, and physical condition. Before every walk, we make sure the leash, harness, or collar is secure and appropriate. We always choose safe routes, remain attentive at all times, and avoid situations that may cause stress, especially for anxious or reactive pets.

For Home Visits, each visit is carefully structured. We begin by checking the pet’s general condition, providing fresh water and food according to the owner’s instructions, followed by playtime, walks if required, and basic cleaning of feeding or litter areas. We always ensure doors, gates, and windows are properly secured before leaving the home.

During House Sitting (overnight stays), we follow the pet’s usual daily routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, play, and rest. We provide companionship throughout the day and night, ensuring the pet feels safe and comfortable in their own home. We also take care of basic home safety tasks, such as locking doors and maintaining a calm, secure environment.

Safety is a priority in all our services. We maintain consistent routines, observe pets closely for any changes in behaviour or health, and keep emergency contact details readily available. Owners receive regular updates, photos, and messages so they always know how their pet is doing.
