"Kirstine did a fantastic job housesitting for us 8 nights and looking after our small pets – 1 x 17yo dog, 1 x 17yo cat, 1 x 13yo dog and an energetic 6 yo dog. I was nervous about leaving the seniors as they have health issues and require medication but I needn’t have been concerned as Kirstine was comfortable taking care of senior animals and administering medication. Kirstine came to our home a few times before we left so she could get to know everyone which was important as our 17 yo dog is blind. She updated me regularly with messages and photos, checked if I was happy with the frequency of updates and contacted me to let me know all was OK when there had been a storm as one of the dogs is terrified of storms. When we returned our carpet had been vacuumed, floors mopped, bed linen washed and bed remade, grass watered and poo-free. There was fresh milk in the fridge and chicken necks for the dogs for the following morning so I didn’t need to rush out and shop which was much appreciated. Our flight was delayed but she waited for us to get home and fed everyone so all we had to do was relax. Kirstine is a very caring person and I would highly recommend her as a housesitter. I will be happy for her to look after our pets again when we are away in the future. "

"Alex was amazing with our cat and dog while we were away. She is kind, personable and responsible and we didn't have to worry about the house or pets while we were away. She gave us daily updates on what the pets were up to and was very responsive if we had any extra questions.
Our house was very clean when we came home, and I think the pets (especially our dog) were sad we were back and their new friend had gone home!
I would highly recommend Alex as a pet and house sitter, and we will definitely be booking her for any future trips."

"Cate has a quiet air of confidence which made us very comfortable with her minding our pets and home whilst we were away. I think the house was in better order when we arrived back than when we left!
Our pets were well looked after and certainly didn't stress at all.
Cate also left us some scones as a 'welcome back' - a very nice touch.

I have three cats, and I'm diligently committed to their wellbeing.
Thus, it's often stress-inducing to find a pet sitter for them when I'm out of town, because I'm super specific about their routines & all their individual requirements. I've had pet sitters fumble with medications, fail to play with them or just generally misunderstand my instructions. It can be a real minefield.
Jacqui was the complete opposite of all these people.
She was attentive to my cats' needs. Never failed to communicate. Was extremely patient with me when I was stressing out or dealing with health issues. Extremely adaptable to all the requirements I outlined, and her passion for animals is all too real, with every update dripping with excitement in just getting to be around the cats.
She doesn't do this job because she has to, but instead, because she loves animals. A love that translates into phenomenal service. I've never seen the cats so calm after an extended absence from me, and it's all because of Jacqui's superb & diligent efforts.
I've never gone back to a previous pet sitter before, but Jacqui is shaping up to be my go-to from here on out. And how lucky for me too, getting in so early, as I've got a feeling she's going to be in high demand sooner, rather than later.
I am beyond happy with Jacqui & I'd happily recommend her to anyone searching! :D"

"It was a total pleasure having Heidi house and pet sit for us. She is very reliable, honest, a great communicator and our dog Max loves her! Heidi stayed in our house and minded our dog for 4 x weeks. We never worried for a moment that our house and dog were not being well cared for. "Ivy was a great petsitter for our two cats. We were overseas for two weeks and didn't have to worry about a single thing - Ivy kept us updated with pictures and little stories about what the cats were up to. One of our cats requires twice daily medication and she had no problem administering it and keeping an eye on our fur baby's health.
