"Natalie was AMAZING!! 10/10. I expressed how important photos and updates were and she nailed it (my previous Petsitter didn’t send many). She looked after my staffy Stella and her little pooch was the perfect companion for Stella. They shared toys and treats. My house was spotless when I returned too, such a bonus. I will definitely be using Natalie again. Such a lovely, honest wonderful woman. Five stars!!!"

"Jade looked after our pets during the holiday period and did an amazing job! She went above and beyond for our pets care and wasnt afraid to reach out and escalate concerns if she had any. She managed both pets medications and needs confidently. Jade sent regular photo updates to keep us at ease and left the house in great condition. "Loreta and Brian took excellent care of our little girl Bella for 5 days and our home. I did not have to worry as Bella is 16 years old, blind and deaf. Loreta sent me a photo while away of Bella in the park which was maybe the best photo I have ever had of her. Highly recommend and will book them again."

"Audrey has been brilliant at every stage of the process. Being a first time booking I was worried that my old Iggy might have been too much trouble (he has his set ways!). An early meeting lasted ages and went well - both dog and sitter hit it off which gives great peace of mind. I got updates and images every day and clearly my dog enjoyed the new level of service! On my return he looked very bright and a bit plumper and obviously had had the best time. Audrey took great care of an old dog. I will definitely book her again and I can recommend her without hesitation."

"Monica was an exemplary house sitter, and cared for my two dogs like they were her own (she actually cared for them better than I do, to be honest - I suspect the dogs would swap her in for me anytime!!). I got regular photo/video updates from her, and she was always easily contactable and responded rapidly to my messages. I came home to a clean house and very happy pooches. "We have a very senior dog with some medical needs and Bernadette was absolutely WONDERFUL looking after our boy! She was more than happy to give his medication and to accomodate his care needs. Bernadette was fantastic at communicating with us - from organising the meet and greet to sending us pics of our boy when we were away (super reassuring for two anxious pet-parents!). Our house was immaculate when we returned and we found her so lovely and super trustworthy. We are very particular about who we let care for our old boy and we'd get her services again in a heartbeat! Any pet would be lucky to have her. We would 100% recommend her. "

"Kayla was wonderful to use for my two boys (anxious staffys). She was able to give them their medication and offer them lots of comfort and cuddles. Kayla even saved them from the dreaded cane toad 😆🫣. The house was clean and perfect when I arrived back and the dogs were very happy and well settled. "Stephanie stayed in our house for a week to look after our pets. Our staffy, cat and 2 guinea pigs were very well cared for! Our house was left clean and tidy as she found it 😊
Unfortunately Stephanie left a day earlier than we thought she would due to a mix up with the dates. Her Communication prior to leaving was really good, but we were out of service so couldn’t let her know in time that it was the wrong day. Easy fix, she went back the next day as a day visit instead and took our dog a bone.
In future I will leave an extra key with a friend! We didn’t do this which means Stephanie could not get back in once she had left.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Stephanie again as a house/ pet sitter, our pets were very comfortable with her (even our very excitable staffy calmed down with her easily, as if she was part of the family). Thank you!"
