"Our family was delighted to meet Marcela to look after our large breed dog and 18yr old cat. Our dog was fond of her as soon as they met.
Marcela firstly arrived at our house for a meet and greet and met us again just before we were leaving for our trip. She organised a park play for our dog to understand his outdoor routine and came back to our house to go over both pets needs for when we were away.
Her communication was daily with photos and videos.
Anything I had missed to explain she covered immediately.
Our family felt an instant trust with Marcela and this was proven by her reliability and her amazing care she took of our pets and house. She gave more than we expected.
Marcela gave us peace of mind to travel far from home and we are so grateful for meeting her.
I highly recommend her services and can not praise her enough.
I will definitely be contacting her for future jobs."

"Jason spent a couple of weeks house sitting our 3 cats and 1 dog. We're very happy/satisfied with the experience and outcome, our dog Matilda likes him a lot and our cats also got to trust him which is a good indication of care. Our house was in excellent condition after those two weeks. Totally recommend him."

"Claire was outstanding, very attentive and followed our instructions to the T, also leaving the house in immaculate condition. The cats and chickens were regularly attended to and she went above and beyond in making sure we were replied to quickly, sending pictures when requested. Couldn't fault her at all and we will be keeping in contact for future engagement."

"We have 3 cats, and they all have extremely different needs and totally different personalities. We had previously had the same pet sitter for over 10 years and this was our first experience of using Pawshake.
We couldn't be happier with Mira. She came to our home prior to the stay to go over the many requirements we had for each cat and just to meet us in general, as I was extremely apprehensive about a new pet sitter that our cats did not know.
One of my cats has extreme anxiety when new people come into our home and she was very accommodating to his needs. I was also worried about them being inside cats and the possibility of them getting out. Mira completely understood this was a major priority for us and was very conscious of ensuring they were kept safe.
Mira sent us photos and updates every day, and after a couple of days of being away my apprehension disappeared and I knew we had made the right choice. They were clearly relaxed and happy. My youngest cat in particular took a real shine to Mira and was besotted with her.
I cannot recommend Mira more highly, she absolutely deserves the 5 stars we have given her. She clearly has an affinity with cats. We will definitely have her come again.

"This was our first time leaving our doggos and bird with a sitter and we are so glad we found Johana and Fer! I was really anxious but we received lovely updates in messages, photos and a great video for reassurance. They really listened to our focus areas and attention to detail about their food, play and sleeping and were very accommodating. You can tell they really cared as our dogs were so settled when we got home. The house was in perfect condition with sheets washed and house vacuumed (which with a shedding Shar-Pei is a whole job!). "I am a rescue foster carer and have 5 rescue Tibetan Spaniels and 1 rescue kitty. Four of the dogs are very traumatised due to their lengthy past of living in cages and without any human interaction, except for in a negative way. Due to this and understanding the challenges of babysitting them, I have not left them before. So, I had much anxiety about leaving them and really not that comfortable with someone coming into my home...but I needed a house-sitter.
I found Mariya after another babysitter on another Pet-sitting site let me down at the Meet and Greet stage (better this than during the house-sit which has happened to me before and also to a friend).
Mariya was (is) amazing. She is a caring, thoughtful, considerate, intelligent, capable and solution-orientated person.
Four of the dogs were manageable with Mariya providing some additional approaches in their best interests, yet all time consuming for her. However, one dog was beyond a challenge. Mariya worked with me (me remotely) for an appropriate approach that supported the dog and and also worked for the others. This really reassured me - both her frankness and the way she eagerly wanted to work through a solution. She was amazing! Another house-sitter would have given up.
I am vegan and have allergies. So, she decided without discussion to bring her own crockery, cutlery, cookware, sheets, towels so as not to contaminate anything of mine. Wow! I've never experienced such care and compassion. It definitely wasn't my expectation for her to do this.
I came home to a clean house, as clean as I left it and I'm a clean freak. I also came home to very happy babies. It was wonderful and reassuring.
OK - only negative... my kitty and one of the dogs have issued me with their Vacate Notices. They've decided to shift in with Mariya!! She was that loved by them and by all (and this was evident in the photos, clips she updated me with regularly).
I am unsure if Pawshake allow this, but would be happy for anyone considering Mariya to contact me for more information.
I feel I have not only found an amazing house-sitter, but also found a new wonderful friend.

"Gabby was easy to communicate with and very friendly from start to finish. We were very comfortable leaving her in charge of our house and 6yo Greyhound for 17 nights when we went on holidays. Gabby sent regular messages and photos which showed that our dog was in good hands and comfortable with his dog sitter. When we arrived home both house and dog were in perfect condition. "Midori house and dog sat for us and I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. She was great with my dog who took to her straight away. She was very contentious sending photos/updates everyday and asking questions to check on my dogs habits and that everything was fine. The house was pristine when we got home.
