"Ronnie provided amazing house and pet sitting services to us including the car of 2 dogs and 2 cats with one dog on twice a day medications. Ronnie provided daily updates with photos and the fur babies looked as though they thoroughly enjoyed having her as their sitter. Highly recommended Ronnie to anyone ❤️"

"Sabrina was so easy to communicate with leading up to the sitting period, she came over and met our pup, and grabbed the keys a couple of days before. During the sit, she kept us updated about our pooch and left the house immaculate. We came home to a very happy puppy and a very tidy house. Absolutely would recommence Sabrina to anyone 🖤"

"Evelyn and her mum were absolutely wonderful while we were overseas for two weeks. They took such loving care of our dog and treated her like their own, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. They were attentive, reliable, and genuinely caring, keeping us updated and making sure everything was taken care of. On top of that, they also looked after our place beautifully and left it in great condition. We’re incredibly grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, kind, and responsible pet sitters. Thank you both so much 💛"

"Vanessa stayed at my house and took fabulous care of my two dogs for an extended time . They were clearly loved and looked after. Which is exactly what as a devoted dog owner you hope for. One of the dogs was recovering from unexpected major surgery do required more attention with medication and lead walks. This dog can be nervous , so Vanessa did a great job of making her feel secure. Vanessa frequently sent photos of the dogs and ask timely and relevant questions about some aspects of care, which were so appreciated. Vanessa was always keen to know each dogs specific needs and l came home to two happy dogs! Thank you Vanessa 😀"

"We booked Alvina very last minute as our original cat sitter had to cancel, so we were very hesitant going forward, but Alvina exceeded our expectations! She understood the needs of the cats, both of whom were senior and was very proactive with asking any questions. She kept us updated every single day, twice a day, with long, informative messages, and plenty of photos. Couldn’t be happier and we would without hesitation use her again, or recommend her to anyone! Alvina is the BEST!"

"Joana was a really great, conscientious petsitter for our cat, Dede. She showed great care in making sure Dede was eating as much as she should and taking her medications, and she asked lots of good questions. She also left our apartment lovely and tidy. We’d really happily have her take care of Dede again. "

"I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Gerardine! She was incredible with our very shy cat. She had our cat warming up to her in record time, you can tell she’s such a cat person and the daily updates/photos put us at ease straight away. We came back to a very tidy and clean house, she even left us a framed picture of Alaska, which was such a special gift! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a 10/10 cat sitter. Thanks again G ❤️"

Why house sitting ?

Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Spotswood VIC home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Spotswood VIC.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Spotswood VIC home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.
