"Ella took excellent care of our Snowball while we were away! He was super happy upon our return. Ella made sure to give him lots of cuddles, rubs and lots of interactive playtime (his favorite)! "Jorge took care of my pets for an entire weekend. He stayed at our home and made sure that all of our 5 pets (cats and dogs) were fed and loved. Our dogs are very anxious and do not like meeting new people. Jorge was very patient with them. He sent us regular updates and left the house in a better state than it was in. "This was our second time booking with Anna. Our dogs love her and so do we. She is very caring and dependable. She gave me detailed updates on how things were going and was happy to follow their usual routines, including giving my dog her regular medication. My pups were clearly having a great time and being doted on. Anna is an incredibly genuine person who you can just tell loves animals. "Martin was loved by the dogs from the very first moment they met him... he struck up a great relationship with them both and eventually also won around the affection of the quaker parrot ... no mean feat!
The house was left neat and tidy.
We appreciated the daily communication with Martin and photos of the pets to show that everyone was safe and happy.

"Magda was amazing thank you so much for taking such great care of our animals. German Shepherd and Rag doll cat. This is our second booking with Magda and our first where she stayed. Couldn’t be happier. We booked Magda in a while ago and at each stage her communication was outstanding from meet and greet, a dog walk booking and then house sitting for our planned trip away. To have regular updates and know the animals and house was so well taken cared of was excellent. "Lou did an incredible job looking after my two cats! I came home from my holiday feeling like they barely missed me because they were so well taken care of. The cats had even had a disagreement the day before I went away after getting outside and encountering another cat. I had them separated and thought they would need to stay apart until I returned, but Lou managed to get them back together again! Even my very shy cat Loki had warmed up to Lou within a day of them staying there!
The value for money was great, and daily updates and photos of my beloved kitties having a great time made my holiday so much more relaxing. I could not recommend highly enough. Thanks Lou!"
