"Matt and Grace were absolutely exceptional pet and house-sitters! They took wonderful care of our precious girl Journey, spoiled her thoroughly, and sent outstanding daily updates complete with the most adorable photos. We came home to a completely spotless house. "Kirstine did a fantastic job housesitting for us 8 nights and looking after our small pets – 1 x 17yo dog, 1 x 17yo cat, 1 x 13yo dog and an energetic 6 yo dog. I was nervous about leaving the seniors as they have health issues and require medication but I needn’t have been concerned as Kirstine was comfortable taking care of senior animals and administering medication. Kirstine came to our home a few times before we left so she could get to know everyone which was important as our 17 yo dog is blind. She updated me regularly with messages and photos, checked if I was happy with the frequency of updates and contacted me to let me know all was OK when there had been a storm as one of the dogs is terrified of storms. When we returned our carpet had been vacuumed, floors mopped, bed linen washed and bed remade, grass watered and poo-free. There was fresh milk in the fridge and chicken necks for the dogs for the following morning so I didn’t need to rush out and shop which was much appreciated. Our flight was delayed but she waited for us to get home and fed everyone so all we had to do was relax. Kirstine is a very caring person and I would highly recommend her as a housesitter. I will be happy for her to look after our pets again when we are away in the future. "

"From our first contact, EG was responsive, dedicated to understanding our shy, older cat and her needs, and attentive to our needs as well. They were naturally patient and gentle, just as our cat needed, and we felt reassured that she would be comfortable as possible with EG as her sitter. Communication was good, and we came home to a healthy, cared-for cat and a neat and tidy house. We would happily have EG sit for us again, and recommend them as a pet sitter. "

"Jillian was excellent - as my first experience with a housesitter and with two senior large dogs with orthopedic issues her level of attention, care and communication allowed me to take some time out and feel comfortable with leaving my dogs behind. "Gemma is a superstar. Prompt and clear communication from the start and exactly what we were looking for. "Minnie went above and beyond to ensure that my pets were happy and well looked after. She took the dogs for extra walks and ensured that they had cuddles and reassurance during a thunderstorm. She even bought some mince to try to tempt my cat to eat as she was concerned that he was off his food.
Minnie sent lots of photos and information which was so reassuring.
Our pets thoroughly enjoyed their holiday with Minnie while we were away and I very highly recommend her services."
