"Helen came and stayed with our 4 animals (2 dogs, 2 cats) for 11 days in Oct 24. She was so lovely and caring towards them during her stay. She provided regular and detailed updates and provided a very comfortable lap for our very inside animals. She was calm and patient with our puppy, who absolutely adored her. The house was very clean and tidy when we got home. Would not hesitate to have Helen stay here again! Thank you so much. "

"Sarah went above and beyond to care for my very sick cat who almost died when I was overseas. She looked after both my pets with a lot of love and care and I have no words to thank her.

What a fabulous person to be looking after our cats ! As soon as we met Tracey; her first priority was getting to know our 2 cats who as cats are, fairly picky ! The cats took to Tracey, she definitely a cat lover. There was clear & open communication; photos of the cats, this made our holiday more relaxed; as our pets are being well cared for ! I have three cats, and I'm diligently committed to their wellbeing.
Thus, it's often stress-inducing to find a pet sitter for them when I'm out of town, because I'm super specific about their routines & all their individual requirements. I've had pet sitters fumble with medications, fail to play with them or just generally misunderstand my instructions. It can be a real minefield.
Jacqui was the complete opposite of all these people.
She was attentive to my cats' needs. Never failed to communicate. Was extremely patient with me when I was stressing out or dealing with health issues. Extremely adaptable to all the requirements I outlined, and her passion for animals is all too real, with every update dripping with excitement in just getting to be around the cats.
She doesn't do this job because she has to, but instead, because she loves animals. A love that translates into phenomenal service. I've never seen the cats so calm after an extended absence from me, and it's all because of Jacqui's superb & diligent efforts.
I've never gone back to a previous pet sitter before, but Jacqui is shaping up to be my go-to from here on out. And how lucky for me too, getting in so early, as I've got a feeling she's going to be in high demand sooner, rather than later.
I am beyond happy with Jacqui & I'd happily recommend her to anyone searching! :D"

"It was a total pleasure having Heidi house and pet sit for us. She is very reliable, honest, a great communicator and our dog Max loves her!
