"Ylenia was an absolute godsend when it came to caring for my two fur babies while I was in the hospital for seven days. My cats are normally quite shy and skittish around strangers, preferring to hide rather than engage, but Ylenia's warmth and patience won them over almost instantly. Her ability to create a safe and loving environment meant that my cats not only felt comfortable but also thrived under her care. She maintained their routines, ensured they were well-fed, and most importantly, showered them with the affection they needed in my absence.
What amazed me most was the transformation in my cats' behavior around her. I've never seen them take to someone so quickly—within days, they were literally eating treats out of Ylenia's hands. Her calming presence and nurturing energy were exactly what they needed to feel secure. She didn't just provide basic care; she truly understood their personalities and needs, making sure each of them felt valued and loved. "I had Jessica stay at my home to care for my elderly cat, Marty, who has ongoing medical needs, for 10 nights while I was away. What initially drew me to her was her profile, which mentioned her experience with senior pets requiring special care—and I’m so glad I trusted my instincts, as she absolutely lived up to that impression.
From the outset, Jessica showed genuine enthusiasm and care. She was eager to come and meet both Marty and me as soon as I made contact, which immediately put me at ease. She asked thoughtful questions to fully understand Marty’s routine, behaviours, and medical requirements.
Jessica provided me with daily updates, with detailed notes on Marty’s habits, moods, and any changes she noticed. On top of that, she handled a fair bit of cleanup due to Marty’s condition, which I was incredibly grateful for—and I returned to a spotless home.
Jessica was kind, responsible, and truly attentive throughout the entire stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter, especially for animals needing a little extra care. 10 out of 10 from me!"

"Alyssia was a delight to deal with when meeting and preparing her for our first dog sit.
After an initial introduction meeting, she met with my wife to dog walk and go over instructions which gave us great peace of mind.
While we were away she kept in touch and sent dog photos. We were very pleased with this whole experience.

"Ariel looked after my rescue staffy, Winter, for an entire month! I'd never been away from her for more than 10 days so was a super nervous mum, especially given she's a rescue and has separation anxiety.
Because of this, I hired Ariel for many walks, house visits and an overnight trial in the lead-up to my holiday so they could get well-acquainted and build trust. Ariel was so patient, understanding and caring throughout the entire process.
Even though Winter would refuse to walk with her, Ariel persevered with positive reinforcement and really showed how much she cared for Winter's well-being. This was also evident throughout the month she housesat and looked after Winter. She managed Winter's medication and allergies with the utmost care and knowing my baby was in good hands, really allowed me to enjoy my holiday to the fullest. I got constant updates throughout and the house was so well kept.
I'd highly recommend Ariel to any pet parent who wants someone to truly care about their pet and do whatever it takes to show them the love and patience they need. She's truly a gem and I'm so glad I found a sitter I can trust and rely on! "

"Laura was fantastic from start to finish! She had great communication, was very accomodating and most of all, gave us peace of mind while we were away that our pups were in great hands! Laura took on housesitting for just under 2 weeks. On our return, the place was clean and tidy, the pups were happy and we will definitely be using her services again. Thanks Laura! "This was my first time using a house and dog sitter, so I was initially a bit hesitant. However, any concerns I had quickly disappeared thanks to Bianca. "Cassandra's care of our Corgi , Sunny was exemplary. She went above and beyond to ensure that Sunny was well looked after and happy. In addition to his regular twice daily walks, she took time out during weekends and a public holiday to take him for numerous outings to the beach, city and a family picnic.
She regularly sent photographs and videos of these events and it was evident that he enjoyed himself thoroughly. This was particularly impressive as his behaviour seemed to improve while he was with her and reinforced her dog training credentials.
Sunny displayed both exuberance and obedience in equal measure when he was in Cassandra’s presence.
I would not hesitate in recommending Cassandra to anyone who needs a dog sitter and would also not hesitate in using her again. Cassandra’s professionalism, enthusiasm and overall attention to detail was outstanding.
