"I was really nervous to book my cat a sitter for the first time, it’s not a small thing to have a stranger in your home but Susanna put me at ease as soon as I met her. She replied super fast, way faster than I was expecting, and came round in the morning for a quick meet and greet before my trip. She has a lovely, kind and calm energy and is clearly a true cat lover. She was super patient with coaxing him out and gave her full attention. She also kept me updated while I was away and we had a great chat - just about life! - when I returned home. She is wonderful and my cat loved her too. I will 1000% book her again. Thank you Susanna! "Jack is a wonderful pet sitter. He was in consistent contact with us before our trip to get acquainted with our home and the routines of our two cats. We also received consistent updates and pictures whilst we were away, which was lovely. We returned home to a clean house and two happy, healthy cats. "Michael recently looked after our home and our beloved dog, Zeus, and we couldn't be happier with his care. Coming back, it was as if nobody had been here—the house was spotless, and everything was in perfect order. Zeus was clearly well-taken care of and very happy, showing signs of having received lots of attention and love.
Michael was extremely responsible, treating Zeus as if he were his own dog. There was an unexpected emergency where Zeus needed to go to the vet, and Michael handled it flawlessly, keeping us updated the entire time. We would definitely have Michael back again. Highly recommend!"

"Placing your pets whilst you holiday is always a difficult decision. We were so lucky to have found Bianca who came and looked after our three aging pets in their own home. She did such a good job our dog ignored us for the first hour upon our return. "JR was simply amazing! She handled everything with grace and maturity, and we were so glad we'd booked her. From the very beginning of the meet & greet it was clear JR is an 'animal person' as both our dog and cat warmed to her straight away and seemed really calm around her (this is not typical for the dog especially). JR asked sensible questions which was helpful because it was our first time booking someone through a site like this. While we were away, she sent updates at least daily, and it was really clear the pets were well looked after and getting a LOT of attention.
I highly recommend JR as a pet sitter. "

"Cassandra's care of our Corgi , Sunny was exemplary. She went above and beyond to ensure that Sunny was well looked after and happy. In addition to his regular twice daily walks, she took time out during weekends and a public holiday to take him for numerous outings to the beach, city and a family picnic.
She regularly sent photographs and videos of these events and it was evident that he enjoyed himself thoroughly. This was particularly impressive as his behaviour seemed to improve while he was with her and reinforced her dog training credentials.
Sunny displayed both exuberance and obedience in equal measure when he was in Cassandra’s presence.
I would not hesitate in recommending Cassandra to anyone who needs a dog sitter and would also not hesitate in using her again. Cassandra’s professionalism, enthusiasm and overall attention to detail was outstanding.

"Miriam recently took care of our pets and looked after our house for almost 3 weeks.
Not only did she take excellent care of my dogs, but she also kept our house tidy and clean while I was away. She followed all of my instructions and even went above and beyond to ensure that my pets were happy and comfortable.
Her communication was excellent as well. She provided me with daily updates and pictures of my pets, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my trip.

"Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "

"Jennifer lived in my home and looked after my 2 dogs Flynn and Freddie for 15 nights while l was overseas. Freddie is an anxious little dog and the gentle care she provided ensured that she blossomed in Jennifer's care.
