"Sue was absolutely wonderful! She looked after our dog Milly and cat Bobby while staying at our home, and we couldn’t be happier. Both pets were relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for when we returned. The house was left in perfect condition, clean, tidy, and just as we left it. It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. We’d definitely have Sue look after Milly and Bobby again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable sitter."

"Ash was a fantastic pet sitter. She kept our three cats and our fish happy and amused and asked about our pretences for photos and communication. She let us know when little issues came up but otherwise just took care of things so we could enjoy our time away for our wedding. She left the house extremely clean and tidy and was courteous for our neighbours- even accepting and delivering parcels to them. We would definitely use Ashlee again :) Thanks so much!"

"I'm grateful to have found such a reliable, trustworthy and kind home and pet sitter.
Charlize is a great pet sitter who takes excellent care of all our animals. She has a gentle calm nature which our dogs immediately picked up on. We have four cats and two dogs (bull arabs over 49kg each) and five tanks of axolotl’s which all required feeding. She kept our house clean and took care of the cat and dog poo on a daily basis. She kept us informed of any issues and sent plenty of photos to reassure us our pets were safe and sound while on our holiday. On our return we found the house neat and tidy and the floor and carpet vacuumed which was a pleasant surprise. We would highly recommend Charlize as a pet and house sitter. We will definitely use her again."

"I was really apprehensive at having a house sitter and leaving Peppa with a pet sitter but Jan was so good at communicating every day, sometimes multiple times a day! sending photos and funny captions. This made my holiday more enjoyable and took the stress out of leaving. Jan and Kerry not only looked after the pets (1 dog, 1 cat and many fish) but left the house as if they were never there. I would absolutely entrust Jan and Kerry with House sitting again :) "

"This is the second time Desi has looked after our two dogs. She does a great job. Desi followed instructions left for her with no fuss and her communication was great. She sent a lovely video of them playing together and from her communication, I could tell that she got to know the dogs' personalities and looked after them well. We wouldn't hesitate to leave them with her again."

"I recently had a well overdue holiday overseas.
Since my very first meeting with Julie and Ken I was hoping they could accommodate me in their busy schedule..
During our very first meeting I felt very comfortable with them and trusted them and they certainly did not disappoint in any regard.
I have two Burmese cats and Burmese are prone to stress with different people that they are not familiar with.
The finer points-they kept me updated with messages and photos daily.They looked after my house like it was their own home.
I came home to a lovely clean house and my Burmese were very well cared for and extremely content.
Nothing was to much trouble for them.
I could go on and on but they truly are 5 x Star house,dog,cat sitters and pet sitters of the highest caliber.
I just want to thank them again for a totally stress free holiday. and doing such a fantastic job while I was away"

"Fran was awesome! - we have a diabetic dog who needs a needle twice per day - wasn't a problem for her at all - she's studying to become a vet nurse and was the first sitter where we didn't need to do a practice run giving insulin. Plenty of updates and left a lovely hand-written note at the end of stay. I'm hoping she's available when we need a sitter again!"

"Jay was awesome, we needed someone at short notice so we didn’t get a chance for a meet and greet but that didn’t matter, chief is a big dog and it can be quite intimidating but Jay took it in his stride and knew how to handle himself around a big dog, I think even our 16year old cat thought he was a good pet sitter and i trust her judgement… so we would highly recommend Jay for your next pet sitting job!"
