"We had Gizem stay at our place for 2 nights to look after our 3 cats, one of which has medication each night. Gizem took such good care of them! She sent me photos throughout the day and gave me updates on how they were going. It was our first time leaving them overnight with someone new and I was very anxious but Gizem eased my anxiety and looked after them like her own. Will definitely book Gizem again!"

"We recently had Prakruti. stay at our home for 6 nights to look after our fur baby and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. She went above and beyond to comfort him, keeping him happy and well looked after while we were away. We received regular updates on his meals, walks, and playtime, she shared so many pictures and videos of him doing different activities through the day, which gave us such peace of mind during our vacation.
Not only did she take amazing care of our dog, but she also kept our house clean, watered the plants, and followed every instruction to the letter. It was such a relief knowing everything at home was in safe hands.
We’re so grateful for her dedication and kindness and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!"

"Eden house sat and cared for our three cats for 30 consecutive days. The three cats require a lot of attention, and Eden was excellent in all ways. He also took on some additional tasks grooming the cats pls some extra shopping and went out of his way to provide reassurance, and took great care to get to know each cat individually before the booking and during the 30 days. Eden takes an intuitive, responsible and intelligent approach and is a very, very swift and effective communicator. Highly, highly recommended. 10/10!"

"Vy was an absolute lifesaver—she accepted our booking with less than 12 hours’ notice after our original sitter, Madeleine, let us down. Madeleine overfed the pets, kept the dog locked in, arrived late, and abandoned them the second night after I asked her to let the dog out (locked for over 20 hours). Motion sensors and cameras (she was informed in writing) confirmed she lied about doing it, then canceled and left our pets alone for 24 hours! It was the most distressing time! Stuck in Fiji with limited internet connection and no family support in Melbourne, I honestly hope no one has to go through this!!

Thankfully, I found Vy through old messages, and she stepped in instantly! She cared for our senior pets, gave them medication, kept us updated with photos, and flagged issues like peeing on rugs, vomiting and food shortages. The previous sitter had used 8+ tins of cat food in just two days!

"We booked Alicia just two days before our trip when our original pet sitter cancelled. We have a very ill, complicated senior cat, and Alicia was absolutely wonderful with her and our dog, Buddy. She confidently handled all of our cat’s medication needs and even took her to the vet twice a week. Her communication was amazing, and we were able to relax on our trip thanks to her. "Chelsea was an angel sent to help me out when I was needing to replace a sitter for a 4 week stay with only one weeks notice! She clicked straight away with both my senior cats, I was able to relax and leave them in her care. Communication was great, I didn't want daily updates as I trusted them to be fine and when I did get homesick Chelsea sent me pictures over. Sometimes I got pictures just before I knew I needed to see them which was always a treat. I dare say they both missed her once I was back home! Both well and happy, they didn't crave my attention which told me they got loved and they didn't miss out on anything during my absence! Little buggers! Chelsea left the house tidy and was very responsible in looking after it. Me and my babies would rate her 10/10! "

"Bethany has provided a great service looking after our two large dogs at home for the week. We left lots of notes to follow and all were managed with no fuss. Exercise and play was important and taken care of every day. Communication was always pro active and our dogs (and house) were extremely well looked after.
