"Jose and Luisa are best pet sitters in Melbourne. I left my dog in their care for more than a month while I was overseas. They are very professional, they looked after my dog really well. Well aware of dog health condition and how to handle at home. I am so impressed with their care, when I see my dog. They were giving us regular updates, videos images stories on Instagram and WhatsApp. Words are not enough to appreciate them. My dog will be going into their care each time we go on holidays. "I can't recommend Alexndra enough as a dog sitter! She took amazing care of my two dogs, Romeo (a playful Golden Retriever) and Juliet (my sweet naughty Beagle). From the moment we met her, I knew they were in great hands.
Alexandra was attentive, loving, and made sure both of them got plenty of exercise, cuddles, and attention. She kept me updated with pictures and messages everyday, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Romeo adored his playtime and ear rubs, and Juliet loved all the attention and walks. It was clear that Alexandra genuinely cares about animals and treats them like her own.

"Jenny is a fantastic dog sitter! She was super communicative and accomodating for our dog’s needs. This was our first time leaving our puppy, and Jenny took the time to meet with him and make him feel at ease in her home, especially as we were away for an extended period. Her home is also perfectly set up for dogs and there is plenty of space to run around and play. There were no issues while we were away, and Jenny provided regular updates which put us at ease. Our dog is his happy energetic self since we have returned and we couldn’t be more thankful for Jenny looking after him! 10/10."

"Anthony and Lorenzo took care of our dog, Kayu, for nearly three weeks, and we couldn’t have asked for better sitters! They were incredibly attentive, providing daily updates with multiple pictures and videos that kept us connected to Kayu throughout. It was clear from the updates that Kayu was not only well cared for but truly happy, comfortable, and having so much fun in their care. Their dedication and attention to detail meant we never had to worry, even for a moment.
Kayu also seemed to make some great friends while she was with them, we hope she doesn’t miss Anthony, Lorenzo, and her new buddies too much😭

"We have gone with Jimmy multiple times since the beginning, and he has been caring and reliable. He treats my little mini dachshund, Tux, like family, allowing him to cuddle on the couch and in his bed. Jimmy’s dogs and cat seem good with Tux, and this is important because Tux can get pretty cautious with other dogs. Jimmy slowly introduces his pets to Tux to ensure it makes him feel comfortable. Have gone with Jimmy for both doggy day care and short boarding. Would recommend. "

"I recently used Pawshake to find a pet sitter for my 9-month-old female Golden Retriever, Nala, and had an amazing experience. I booked Jennifer, and from the very beginning, she and her partner stood out as a lovely and experienced couple who clearly adore animals.
One of the main reasons I chose them was because their home perfectly matched Nala’s needs—they had a spacious, pet-friendly environment with a huge backyard where she could play and explore safely. Throughout the entire week, they kept me constantly updated with photos and messages, letting me know how Nala was doing, what her day looked like, and how she was eating. It really gave me peace of mind while I was away.
Most importantly, Nala came back happy, healthy, and clearly had a great time. She absolutely loved being around them, and it showed. I would 100% recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter through Pawshake!

"We were really happy to have found Mei living so close to Essendon airport. We were looking for someone to take care of our older boy dog Wilder for the night and get him to his Pawmobile flight to Tasmania the next day, whilst we hopped on the Spirit of Tasmania overnight.
Mei was great at communicating from the start. We felt really comfortable dropping Wilder off, and had text and a pic update on how he was doing. He looked extremely relaxed there.
We highly recommend Mei, especially if you are looking to fly your pet to Tassie, she has all the experience on the location and checking in with Pawmobile.

"first time on this platform, and we were on very short notice to find someone right to watch our pup so we could get away.
we met Mel and her partner and her furry little friend the very next day. (had to test out our dogs connections) have to admit we were a bit sceptical but they assured us it would be ok and they would take the best of care.
only a couple short hours later we received a video of both our furry buddy's getting along like a house on fire. such a relief to us.
we received many photos over the couple days of our girl enjoying the best of time with them. (didnt even look like she missed us :O)
when we picked her up she was so happy and slept for hours nice and worn out and even got a nice wash aswell she has white fur that I never knew was white!.
thank you again Mel and partner, we are happy that our first experience was as pleasant and easy as you made it. we will definitely return in the future.

"Christine and Neil recently took care of our giant furball, Ralph, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Leaving Ralph for the first time had us feeling quite anxious, but their daily updates truly put our minds at ease. It was clear from the photos and messages that Ralph was not only well cared for but also absolutely spoilt. They treated him like their own, giving him all the attention and love a big boy like Ralph deserves.
