"Megumi took excellent care of our four cats while we were away and sent frequent updates for our peace of mind. Our youngest cat, who is extremely shy and normally hides from new people felt comfortable enough around Megumi to come out of hiding for a while.
We came home to contented cats and everything else in good order.
We would absolutely recommend Megumi to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable pet sitter."

"Jorge took care of my pets for an entire weekend. He stayed at our home and made sure that all of our 5 pets (cats and dogs) were fed and loved. Our dogs are very anxious and do not like meeting new people. Jorge was very patient with them. He sent us regular updates and left the house in a better state than it was in. I will definitely book him again. "

"We had a fantastic experience with Kristen as our pet sitter on this long (rainy) weekend. She kept us up to date throughout our trip with regular WhatsApp pics and messages, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. On top of taking wonderful care of our fur babies, Kristen also made sure our apartment was spotless when we returned. "Lynn was absolutely amazing with Teddy over New Year. Knowing how frightened he is of fireworks, she truly went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe, calm, and loved. She showed so much patience, care, and understanding, and it was clear Teddy was in the best hands possible. She sent daily photos and updates. I had complete peace of mind knowing she was there for him, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. Lynn is kind, reliable, and genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. "Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "

"Raquel house-sat for my huge, goofy Bloodhound (Loaf) and my pet snails for over a week and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. At the initial meet-and-greet, it was instantly clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Loaf. Throughout the week, she sent daily updates, photos, and videos, and I came home to a spotless house and an incredibly happy dog.
Raquel was easy-going, quick to respond, and proactive in her communication. She was flexible with several last-minute changes to the booking times, and followed all instructions mlconfidently and accurately. "Marsi is an exceptional dog sitter, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
She is incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. From the very beginning, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions about Theodore’s routine, personality, and needs, making careful notes to ensure she could tailor her care specifically to him. It was clear that she genuinely wanted to understand him rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
What impressed me most was how observant she is. During Theodore’s stay, she noticed that our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy was limping and immediately adjusted his activities to make sure he stayed comfortable and didn’t overexert himself. She kept us updated throughout his stay, letting us know about any changes she noticed and communicating with us promptly, which gave us great peace of mind.
We felt completely confident leaving Theodore with her. We will definitely be using Marsi’s services regularly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, observant, and genuinely caring dog sitter."

"Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.
