"Megumi took excellent care of our four cats while we were away and sent frequent updates for our peace of mind. Our youngest cat, who is extremely shy and normally hides from new people felt comfortable enough around Megumi to come out of hiding for a while.
We came home to contented cats and everything else in good order.

"Jack is a wonderful pet sitter. He was in consistent contact with us before our trip to get acquainted with our home and the routines of our two cats. We also received consistent updates and pictures whilst we were away, which was lovely. We returned home to a clean house and two happy, healthy cats. "Jorge took care of my pets for an entire weekend. He stayed at our home and made sure that all of our 5 pets (cats and dogs) were fed and loved. Our dogs are very anxious and do not like meeting new people. Jorge was very patient with them. He sent us regular updates and left the house in a better state than it was in. I will definitely book him again. "

"Lynn was absolutely amazing with Teddy over New Year. Knowing how frightened he is of fireworks, she truly went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe, calm, and loved. She showed so much patience, care, and understanding, and it was clear Teddy was in the best hands possible. She sent daily photos and updates. I had complete peace of mind knowing she was there for him, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. Lynn is kind, reliable, and genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. The house was left neat and tidy.
We appreciated the daily communication with Martin and photos of the pets to show that everyone was safe and happy.

"Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

"Lou did an incredible job looking after my two cats! I came home from my holiday feeling like they barely missed me because they were so well taken care of. The cats had even had a disagreement the day before I went away after getting outside and encountering another cat. I had them separated and thought they would need to stay apart until I returned, but Lou managed to get them back together again! Even my very shy cat Loki had warmed up to Lou within a day of them staying there!
The value for money was great, and daily updates and photos of my beloved kitties having a great time made my holiday so much more relaxing. I could not recommend highly enough. Thanks Lou!"
