"Megumi took excellent care of our four cats while we were away and sent frequent updates for our peace of mind. Our youngest cat, who is extremely shy and normally hides from new people felt comfortable enough around Megumi to come out of hiding for a while.
We came home to contented cats and everything else in good order.

"Jack is a wonderful pet sitter. He was in consistent contact with us before our trip to get acquainted with our home and the routines of our two cats. "We are so pleased to have found Barbara to care for our two dogs and cat over the Easter long weekend, we enjoyed our time away without any worries knowing she was taking wonderful care of them. Barbara kept us up to date by sending me photos and messages each evening, and it was lovely to see my babies enjoying walks, playtime and cuddles on the couch just like they do when we are home. "Jorge took care of my pets for an entire weekend. He stayed at our home and made sure that all of our 5 pets (cats and dogs) were fed and loved. Our dogs are very anxious and do not like meeting new people. Jorge was very patient with them. He sent us regular updates and left the house in a better state than it was in. I will definitely book him again. "

"Martin was loved by the dogs from the very first moment they met him... he struck up a great relationship with them both and eventually also won around the affection of the quaker parrot ... no mean feat!
The house was left neat and tidy.
We appreciated the daily communication with Martin and photos of the pets to show that everyone was safe and happy.

"Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.
