"We were very happy with our experience having Rall house sit our animals she exceeded our expectations. She is a very confident, knowledgeable, reliable, trusted caring animal nurse with years of experience engaging with animals & treating them with such respect & care. She took wonderful care of our little dog with a medical condition who needs medicine twice daily and our bird who are both old. We could tell our dog really vibed with Rall and adored hanging out with her and was very excited to play with Rall our dog usually takes quiet a while to warm to new people but with Rall it was right away she is such a natural when it comes to caring for animals and connecting with animals she is very thoughtful, talented and great at enjoying time with animals getting to know their character quirks. Rall sent us photo and story updates on the adventures they were having. Bird loved climbing on Ralls legs and waddling around the house with her and our dog. Rall even adjusted her routine just so she could maintain the routine our animals were in to ensure they were comfortable and took our dog on her favourite walking trail braving the cold weather, hid dog treats in the house so our pup went on a treasure hunt and found a new dog treat researched the ingredients & got advice from her colleagues at the vet so that it was safe for our dog to enjoy and checked with us for permission and our dog absolutely loves them. It is very important to us that when we go away that our animals have a human companion who is caring and present with them & living in our home so they are safe. We feel very thankful we could comfortably go away for a few nights knowing that our lovely animals were so safe in Ralls Care and they loved spending time with her. She left our home so clean and she even put fresh sheets on the bed for us and washed the sheets and towels she used we were not expecting that surprise either. Rall is such a great person & a natural with animals we highly recommend."

"Alexandra was incredible. The dogs appeared so happy, frolicking on the beach and cuddling up to Alex at home, just like their own vacation. She was very comfortable with our dogs and managed them better than I do! Also our home was immaculate when we returned, cleaned and tidied beyond anything even a cleaner has done. Coming home to that on top of everything else, was the perfect way to end our vacation. We will be using her again if she’ll have us."

"There is really only one word to sum up Samantha……. Quite simply she’s AMAZING! The care for our 3 dogs and house while we were away was fantastic. It was our longest ever time away from our dogs, but this was made so much easier by the regular communication. Seeing how happy the dogs were in photos and videos really allowed us to relax and enjoy our selves. We are so lucky to find someone who cares for dogs, just as much as we do😊. "

"Josh was a wonderful companion for our cat Quimby. Quimby suffers from stress and anxiety, when we returned home from our holiday we were greeted by a very calm and relaxed cat. Josh was able to maintain Quimby's nightly medication routine which was truly remarkable as it usually takes two of us to get it done (Quimby isn't the most agreeable cat!).
We would absolutely love to have Josh look after Quimby again in the future."

"Could not be happier with Nikoo's service house sitting and looking after my two senior dogs. After the meet and greet I was so comfortable to leave them in her care for 13 nights. I recieved daily updates and photos and Nikoo showed a high level of care for them, with plenty of love and daily walks. I will be using Nikoo's service in future and would highly recommend her to anyone. 🌻"

"I’d never met someone with such a love of animals❤️
Sharon was all about taking care of, entertaining and exercising my dog. She stayed 3 nights at my house with Coco while I was away. She would send me daily updates on how my pup was going. I had total peace of mind knowing Coco was in good care. Sharon left my house very neat and tidy.

"Lauren was a great sitter of our 2 dogs which helped us have a relaxing holiday, communication was excellent. Our dogs loved having Lauren look after them, loved their walks. "We were a bit dubious of leaving our 3 dogs and 2 cats with a pet sitter as they are pretty hard work. We iive in a townhouse with no outdoors so the pups need lots of walks and toilet breaks daily. One is a sick old girl that needs a lot of medication and another can be a snappy little thing. Mandy did a great job and we would have no hesitation in hiring her again. She put a lot of time into bonding with our pets and sent us just about daily photos to put our minds at ease."

"Alana was fantastic with our two fur babes! We jumped on Pawshake as we were without a house sitter last minute and we met up with Alana a day later and our two dogs took to her instantly making us feel so comfortable leaving them for the week. Her communication was fantastic throughout the week, we got constant updates of our pups looking so happy on their walks and cuddling up to Alana 🥺 not to mention house was left spotless.
