"Ghawady took amazing care of my cat Lola! The experience of meeting and booking was seamless and stress free and I went away confident that everything would be taken care of! Lola doesn’t generally like new people but she very quickly became comfortable with Ghawady, which is a credit to her way with cats and respect for animals! She took such great care of Lola and gave me daily updates and pictures. Ghawady also took great care of the house and was super tidy! The cherry on top was the amazing professional photos she took of Lola which were so beautiful! Thank you Ghawady and I hope you can take care of Lola again next time I travel 🙏"

"Linda was a fantastic dog sitter to our 2 dogs while we were away overseas for 2 weeks. She stayed in our house and cared for both our home and dogs incredibly. "Overall, I was very pleased with Ailene’s pet-sitting service. Our cat was exceptionally well cared for, and it was evident that she received lots of love and attention while we were away. "Hoda is a wonderful pet sitter who took excellent care of our furry pets. From the start off, when we first met her we got an excellent first impression, that leaving our pets with her will have no concerns at all. She is very friendly and kind and was great with our pets and was always sending photos every evening to us. When we came home after a week away, our pets were relaxed and happy. Thank you Hoda for looking after our pets and we would definitely be in contact next time if we are going away again."

"Fran looked after my 3 cats and fish whilst we were away. Fran was friendly, kept the house clean and tidy, and provided great handover notes for when we returned. The cats and fish were happy and well cared for when we arrived home. "Ethan is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We went away for 10 nights, and Ethan looked after our pets and house with wonderful care. Ethan is super sweet and a gorgeous human. Excellent communication before our during our trip. We loved his regular photo updates. We felt at ease and very comfortable leaving our precious fur kids in his care. "Wow what a find Jess has been. She is an awesome dog sitter. We would be happy to recommend Jess for all the reasons below and more that we don’t have time or forgotten to record.
Our dog is an old 16-year-old mini schnauzer who can have off days where he falls and cannot get himself up. We have always used family in the past with this is the second time we have used Pawshake, the first was a short weekend away a few weeks before this big trip.
We are very impressed with the ease of the Pawshake app and the responses from dog careers, the ones who have an interest are happy to come out for an interview where they meet our dog, check out the house and answer any questions you ask. The reviews online give you more confidence.
We were heading to Europe for four weeks and Jess was a available to meet a few months before our holiday and again a few days before our trip to reacquaint. She was always easy to contact, happy to cook chicken and rice for our fur baby who has health issues and needs twice daily pain pills. Jess was also happy to take our dog to the vet when required for general health maintenance / injections, even offered to do the injections herself.
During the trip we received regular updates with photos/videos and on the odd occasion when our dog had a health scare, Jess was in communication with the vet and us to work out the next steps.
When we returned Jess left us a fridge of fresh milk and fruit & vegetables and pre-made dog food. The house was very clean, our dog was happy and looking for Jess after our return.
We hope to use Jess again for future trips, just need to start saving for our next holiday.
Thank you, Jess! You are so much more than what we were expecting.

"Cintia is a fantastic pet sitter. I have a very special needs pooch who is 14 years old, deaf and blind and Cintia took great care of her - they just loved each other! And I was able to go away without worrying about anything. She did everything I asked her to do (gave her a very long list!). She was highly considerate and respectful of my home environment as well as taking care of Jazz just the way I would. And had no trouble giving her medications daily. I would not hesitate to book her again and again! Plus she's a delightful person and so easy to deal with. "

"Absolutely nothing to fault. First time we’ve had a dog sitter so we were a bit apprehensive. Daniel is very obviously a good, genuine guy when you meet him though and we felt reassured immediately.
He was great with our dog, kept us updated with regular photos without us even needing to ask, was great at communicating in general, and was a very polite and considerate house guest to boot. Absolutely nothing to fault and would book again without any hesitation."

"Shona is extremely reliable who has extensive knowledge of what each of my pets required. (Energetic puppy aged 4 mths and 17 yr old cat). She went above and beyond for their care and looked after our house whilst we were away. She was consistent with her communication via texts, photos and video footage and she was so thorough and accurate we were able to have a relaxing getaway knowing everything was taken care of back home.
