"Megumi took excellent care of our four cats while we were away and sent frequent updates for our peace of mind. Our youngest cat, who is extremely shy and normally hides from new people felt comfortable enough around Megumi to come out of hiding for a while.
We came home to contented cats and everything else in good order.
We would absolutely recommend Megumi to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable pet sitter."

"Lynn was absolutely amazing with Teddy over New Year. Knowing how frightened he is of fireworks, she truly went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe, calm, and loved. She showed so much patience, care, and understanding, and it was clear Teddy was in the best hands possible. She sent daily photos and updates. I had complete peace of mind knowing she was there for him, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. Lynn is kind, reliable, and genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. "Sienna was a wonderful pet sitter for our fur family in our home. Her meet and greet was professional and put us at ease. She took fantastic care of our 2 dogs, 2 cats and lorikeet. She was exceptionally patient with our nervous dog, particularly on our first night away. Her communication was fantastic before and during our trip. The house was well-looked after, and she had thoughtfully popped the linen she had used through the washing machine before we returned home. Our return flight was delayed and she kindly called in and fed everyone in the evening. We were so happy and would definitely have Sienna in our home again. Thank you so much!!"

"This is my second time booking Juan - he is a gem. "I was away for a long weekend, and Daisy kindly looked after my precious fur baby, Hope. From the very first meet-and-greet, Hope warmed to Daisy as if they’d known each other for years, which immediately put me at ease.

"We were fortunate to have our house and two dogs looked after by Bee for 2 nights at short notice. Bee was very easy to communicate with and sent us pictures of the dogs each day she was sitting. "Liv and Seb looked after our two precious girls for two weeks. It was the first time we'd left them in four years and we were very anxious about it. They quickly put our minds at ease and visited us a few times prior to us leaving so both us and the dogs were familiar with them. They were in touch every day with updates and photographs and any concerns or questions. They even took them on an excursion to swim! Nothing was too much for them and they clearly adore animals and love what they do and we could see through the videos they sent us that the dogs were happy. One of them was with the dogs most of the time so they weren't left alone either. They took good care of our house and left it clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Liv and Seb and we will definitely ask them to stay with our girls next time we go away. Thanks so much to both of you! "

"Zoe was very helpful in looking after our 2 cats, Squirmy and Squeaky - we received up to date photos of our pets which was really good to see them doing well. "Raphaella was a star cat minder for our special boy. We are both vets so we decided to naturally find someone who is a vet nurse, who we booked without meeting because we trusted the reviews. She is amazing at communicating cute updates on everything and also with being clean and mindful of our place. Our cat was comfortable and happy as well as well adjusted to any of the changes which if you're a cat person, you will understand sometimes it's not so easy.
