"Marsi is an exceptional dog sitter, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
She is incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. From the very beginning, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions about Theodore’s routine, personality, and needs, making careful notes to ensure she could tailor her care specifically to him. It was clear that she genuinely wanted to understand him rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
What impressed me most was how observant she is. During Theodore’s stay, she noticed that our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy was limping and immediately adjusted his activities to make sure he stayed comfortable and didn’t overexert himself. She kept us updated throughout his stay, letting us know about any changes she noticed and communicating with us promptly, which gave us great peace of mind.
We felt completely confident leaving Theodore with her. We will definitely be using Marsi’s services regularly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, observant, and genuinely caring dog sitter."

"Raheem took exceptional care of my two dogs while we were away, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I received daily photos, videos, and updates, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout our trip.
One of my dogs requires medication twice a day, and it was clear that this was managed with great care and attention. Both dogs were happy, healthy, and clearly well looked after when we returned.
Raheem also took wonderful care of our home, leaving everything spotless. As an unexpected and thoughtful touch, the bedding was changed before we got home, which meant we could come straight in and relax after a long flight.
I highly recommend Raheem to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"Megumi took excellent care of our four cats while we were away and sent frequent updates for our peace of mind. Our youngest cat, who is extremely shy and normally hides from new people felt comfortable enough around Megumi to come out of hiding for a while.
We came home to contented cats and everything else in good order.
We would absolutely recommend Megumi to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable pet sitter."

"Lynn was absolutely amazing with Teddy over New Year. Knowing how frightened he is of fireworks, she truly went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe, calm, and loved. "Sienna was a wonderful pet sitter for our fur family in our home. Her meet and greet was professional and put us at ease. She took fantastic care of our 2 dogs, 2 cats and lorikeet. She was exceptionally patient with our nervous dog, particularly on our first night away. Her communication was fantastic before and during our trip. The house was well-looked after, and she had thoughtfully popped the linen she had used through the washing machine before we returned home. Our return flight was delayed and she kindly called in and fed everyone in the evening. We were so happy and would definitely have Sienna in our home again. Thank you so much!!"

"Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "

"I was away for a long weekend, and Daisy kindly looked after my precious fur baby, Hope. From the very first meet-and-greet, Hope warmed to Daisy as if they’d known each other for years, which immediately put me at ease.
