"Han-En was absolutely wonderful with our cat, who can be a bit anxious and hard to handle at times. She was patient and took the time to understand his personality. Her communication was excellent, she kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I came home to a relaxed, happy cat and a spotless apartment. "50 stars for Sandy!!! I truly could not have asked for a better sitter for our dog, cat and two guinea pigs over the weekend.
Our original sitter had fallen through and Sandy arrived just minutes before we left for the airport. She took the most amazing care of our tricky kelpie Labrador Nala, and sent me so many photos so I wasn’t worried about how they were getting along. She even made special food for Nala because her tummy was upset. I think Sandy took much better care of Nala than we do. I highly highly recommend Sandy. She is lovely, responsive, trust worthy, capable and kind.

"Paul was a great comfort to us when leaving our cats and dog for the first long-term holiday. He was so great our dog walker also asked him to come and stay! Communication and photo updates were great and they all looked so happy in the videos. Our pets clearly loved him and we hope he will come stay again next time they need a live-in friend."

"We were away for 3.5 weeks and couldn’t have asked for better cat sitters than Mitch and Laura! Our cat is usually very anxious and slow to trust new people, but she warmed up to them surprisingly quickly, she even ended up sitting on the bed with them, which is absolutely unheard of for her.
They handled her complex medication routine for IBD with no issues and clearly made her feel comfortable and cared for. We were so impressed and grateful.
On top of that, they left our home spotless, the litter trays had been completely cleaned and refilled with fresh litter, and they even washed and changed the bed sheets and towels. They truly went above and beyond.
Highly recommend Mitch and Laura to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and responsible pet sitters!"

"Jennifer and Paul dog sat our two boys, Sonny and Winston for a week and I couldn’t speak more highly of them. They were such lovely people and really showed our dogs so much love!
From daily adventures, lots of cuddles, and sharing updates and photos of the boys whilst we were away, we couldn’t have asked for better care! Plus they took such good care of our home!

"Raquel house-sat for my huge, goofy Bloodhound (Loaf) and my pet snails for over a week and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. At the initial meet-and-greet, it was instantly clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Loaf. Throughout the week, she sent daily updates, photos, and videos, and I came home to a spotless house and an incredibly happy dog.

"I have two very big, boisterous dogs that I find hard to handle at the best of times.
Looking for a pet sitter is so daunting for me.
Miriam met me and the dogs for a meet and greet to ensure that the dogs were ‘doable’ and she reassured me that she would manage. And she did so above all expectations, the meet and greet was a bonus but her capability surprised me to say the least!
I received photos and updates throughout the day (I don’t even know how she managed a photo during the walk!) she went above and beyond for the three days she spent with the pups. My dogs spent the day outside, having fun, wagging their tails and when I got home, it was clean, fresh and it felt like I hadn’t gone away.
What a treasure, I don’t only recommend and commend Miriam, I urge you to connect with her for a trustworthy, reliable, competent and just hands down amazing dog sitter and walker."
