"We recently had the pleasure of hiring Lauren as our dog sitter for two weeks, and we couldn’t be happier with her service! She took exceptional care of our two boys, providing them with plenty of playtime and daily walks. Lauren kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which reassured us that they were having a great time. Her communication was outstanding; she was always available for any questions or clarifications we had. When we returned, our home was spotless, showing her great respect for our space. Lauren has definitely set the bar high as one of the best pet sitters we've ever had, and we will undoubtedly be using her services again in the future. "James and Kirstie are superstar sitters! They stayed in our home for just over 2 weeks and took care of our two Great Danes while we were away. Our dogs just loved their care and attention and we returned to happy, very settled fur babies. They were also amazing at liaising with other services we had arranged while we were away, and took wonderful care of our home and garden. Our home was spotless when we returned- bliss! Nothing was too much trouble- James and Kirstie communicated promptly if there was an issue, kept us up to date with regular pictures and little stories about how everyone was doing. They are definitely on our favourite Pet Sitter list- you won't regret engaging them. Thankyou so much James and Kirstie. Janine, James, Storm and Zelda."

"Above and beyond care of the needs of all pets and careful consideration for providing updates to me daily with lovely photos of each pet and house/ garden. This was a more complex pet sit with a Cockatoo transitioning into family life. I don’t think many pet sitters could provide the maturity and sensitivity to the unique requirements that Jean brought with her experience. Jean was extremely thoughtful in how she managed our Cockatoo whilst also caring for our beloved Kitty cat, chickens and Axolotyl. If I could rate higher I would. Highly recommend and consider myself very lucky to have Jean look after our house and pets. Huge thank you!! "

"I am a rescue foster carer and have 5 rescue Tibetan Spaniels and 1 rescue kitty. Four of the dogs are very traumatised due to their lengthy past of living in cages and without any human interaction, except for in a negative way. Due to this and understanding the challenges of babysitting them, I have not left them before. So, I had much anxiety about leaving them and really not that comfortable with someone coming into my home...but I needed a house-sitter. I found Mariya after another babysitter on another Pet-sitting site let me down at the Meet and Greet stage (better this than during the house-sit which has happened to me before and also to a friend). Mariya was (is) amazing. She is a caring, thoughtful, considerate, intelligent, capable and solution-orientated person. Four of the dogs were manageable with Mariya providing some additional approaches in their best interests, yet all time consuming for her. However, one dog was beyond a challenge. Mariya worked with me (me remotely) for an appropriate approach that supported the dog and and also worked for the others. This really reassured me - both her frankness and the way she eagerly wanted to work through a solution. She was amazing! Another house-sitter would have given up. I am vegan and have allergies. So, she decided without discussion to bring her own crockery, cutlery, cookware, sheets, towels so as not to contaminate anything of mine. Wow! I've never experienced such care and compassion. It definitely wasn't my expectation for her to do this. I came home to a clean house, as clean as I left it and I'm a clean freak. I also came home to very happy babies. It was wonderful and reassuring. OK - only negative... my kitty and one of the dogs have issued me with their Vacate Notices. They've decided to shift in with Mariya!! She was that loved by them and by all (and this was evident in the photos, clips she updated me with regularly). I am unsure if Pawshake allow this, but would be happy for anyone considering Mariya to contact me for more information. I feel I have not only found an amazing house-sitter, but also found a new wonderful friend. Thank you Mariya from all of us in The Unit of Love! "
