"Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"Joyce was an amazing sitter. Our little puppy was only 4 months old, not fully toilet trained yet, but Joyce was very patient and understanding. She played with our puppy, fed her, and took many photos and videos throughout the day to update us! We can feel she really cared for our puppy. Our puppy got along well with Joyce’s dog Oscar too! We were very pleased with Joyce’s service and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter."

"Judith was such a lovely and amazing dog sitter. She took such great care of Ruby, and treated my dog Ruby like her own, and was very good at communicating Ruby’s progress with me when I was away during my trip - I was updated with lots of lovely photos of Ruby and I was very reassured that Ruby was doing great. "I am pleased with Jason and Michelle’s care for our beloved boy, Rocky. They provided regular updates every night, which made us feel reassured about Rocky’s well-being. They have 2 boys who are friendly and they get along with Rocky very well. My pup definitely had a real vacation at Jason’s house. "Both Hari and his wife Harini are absolutely great pet carers. They immediately built connection with my fur baby. My fur baby Waffles was with them for 4 nights and he was being looked after in the most caring way. I received daily detailed updates with pictures. Hari made sure the medication was done and provided me with updates on that too. They followed Waffles diet instructions and made sure he is happy and healthy throughout. Waffles enjoyed lots of play and tummy rubs during his stay with Hari. Both Hari and his wife are excellent with prompt communication. I am very happy to have found them are my future go-to pet sitters for Waffles. "
