"Iris (and her mum & dad!) are amazing. Took such good care of our labrador pup. Regular updates while we were away, excellent communication overall. Lovely house and facilities for dogsitting in a beautiful home with nice size backyard. Iris was very flexible and accommodating. Would unreservedly recommend Iris and we hope our pup will be able to stay again. Don't actually think she wanted to come home... she was getting hugged on the couch about to watch a movie when we came to pick her up!"

"I was really impressed with Yuejia during Austin’s first stay at her home. From the start, she was welcoming, attentive, and clearly experienced with dogs. Austin settled in quickly and was comfortable in her space, which meant a lot to me.
Yuejia did a great job keeping me updated and making sure Austin’s needs and routine were well taken care of. It was clear she genuinely cared about him and treated him like her own.
I would absolutely book with Yuejia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter."

"Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"Patricia and her family are the best! It meant so much to have Nikko staying with a family that treated our dog like he was their own. Patricia went above and beyond, taking our dog for regular walks, giving him so much attention - we thought he might not want to come home! Patricia is a great communicator, flexible and sent regular updates and photos. There was total peace of mind that he was being loved and cared for over the week. Thank you Patricia! "I was a bit nervous leaving Scotch with anyone but family, but it was a necessity for an interstate family wedding. What an absolute pleasure it was meeting Anne. From the first phone call I felt at ease speaking with her - she obviously loves animals. She was interested in his schedule, his likes & dislikes. Scotch took to Anne instantly & was happy to leave me once he heard his new doggy friends inside. Anne updated me on how he had settled in, that all dinner had been eaten & that he was up for a few cuddles before bed. The whole experience was seamless & I didn’t worry about Scotch once while I was away. If you are looking for a true safe haven for your doggie at a reasonable price you need to contact Anne & Sean. "Joyce was an amazing sitter. Our little puppy was only 4 months old, not fully toilet trained yet, but Joyce was very patient and understanding. She played with our puppy, fed her, and took many photos and videos throughout the day to update us! We can feel she really cared for our puppy. Our puppy got along well with Joyce’s dog Oscar too!
