"From first contact Alida was amazing.
This was the first time boarding my pet jack Russell, so I was very happy with how polite and welcoming Alida was and helped me through the process.
Alida and her family went above and beyond with not just boarding my pet but creating exciting experiences for him with a paddle pool, walks and a spot on the couch to watch tv and a nap. I will definitely be looking at Alida to take care of him in the future and recommend anyone else to her services. "

Honey was actually with Tracey & Josh for four nights, Sunday to Thursday, and we couldn't be happier with the obvious 1st Class treatment our fur baby "Honey", received. The spring in her step, when we picked her up, indicated that she'd been properly fed and watered and obviously taken on long and interesting walks.
We came from Newcastle to stay in Sydney so a meet and greet was not possible. No problem. Tracey is a great communicator and coped with all the fiddly changes we threw at her, including the cut on Honey's mouth that required the application of cream, and horror of all horrors a cone of shame.
We think Honey was beautifully cared for, the daily photo updates were welcome and underpin the care and attention extended to Honey. We have no hesitation recommending Tracey & Josh to anyone for their pet-sitting requirements."

"Leigh and Kiani had Maple living her best life based on the photos they sent through. Maple went for fantastic walks, had lots of pats and cuddles and played with the other dogs. "Chris has been our go-to dog sitter during our year living in Sydney and he's awesome! Great and easy communication, easy drop-off and pick-up, and he sent photos of our Zoe while we were gone which I loved. Zoe can be really anxious and Chris did a great job of knowing how to take care of her. She loved playing fetch in the tennis court behind his building and also loved being able to lay outside on his balcony. Highly recommend!"
