"Michelle and her family took excellent care of my two Cavoodles while I was on holiday. On the first meeting I could tell Michelle is a dog lover and experienced with dogs. Michelle sent me regular updates with photos and videos of my boys on their walks and having fun at the dog park and dog beach. "Sandip and his family were fantastic dog-sitters. Our Golden Retriever, Ginger, spent 11 days with Sandip and we received daily photo and video updates in which we could tell Ginger was happy and comfortable. "My wife and I are so thankful for Dalrené’s care for our boy fuji. We were able to have a great long weekend away without having to think twice about how Is was doing. She was very informative, sending us day pictures and videos giving him so much attention and love. "Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"From first contact Alida was amazing.
This was the first time boarding my pet jack Russell, so I was very happy with how polite and welcoming Alida was and helped me through the process.
