"Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"Judith was such a lovely and amazing dog sitter. She took such great care of Ruby, and treated my dog Ruby like her own, and was very good at communicating Ruby’s progress with me when I was away during my trip - I was updated with lots of lovely photos of Ruby and I was very reassured that Ruby was doing great. "Thank you for amazing service. I was very impressed with communication with Winnie and went to her place before deciding to overnight boarding my little corgi with her, her place is amazing, they are really care and asked about what I wanted during staying. Her place is big enough for furry to play and chill out and I didn’t asked her walk my corgi every day but they told me we will take him out and I’m impressed.
I was very relaxed on my trips and definitely recommend her to anyone who wants go away without any worry as she look after my corgi like her own.

Sent updates and photos daily and JD's entire household are so welcoming and really spent time to be with Willow thus by the time I picked up Willow after 10days of being in their care , they got to know Willow really well and it's only with conscientious dog carers that this happens. "Minji and Jeff went above and beyond for our little girl. They were very accommodating, especially as it was a last minute booking. Our dog needed some medical care after having injured her back the night before from having played too much with other dogs. We chose Minji and Jeff because they didn’t have any other pets in their home, allowing our dog to rest her back. They were very caring but unfortunately our dog’s health got worse (possible reaction to the medication) that they didn’t get to have the enjoyment that babysitting our doggie should have brought them. We received plenty of photo updates and would highly recommend them to others. Hopefully we will get to use them again when Periscope is back to 100% health."
