"I was really impressed with Yuejia during Austin’s first stay at her home. From the start, she was welcoming, attentive, and clearly experienced with dogs. Austin settled in quickly and was comfortable in her space, which meant a lot to me.
Yuejia did a great job keeping me updated and making sure Austin’s needs and routine were well taken care of. It was clear she genuinely cared about him and treated him like her own.
I would absolutely book with Yuejia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter."

"Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"Patricia and her family are the best! It meant so much to have Nikko staying with a family that treated our dog like he was their own. Patricia went above and beyond, taking our dog for regular walks, giving him so much attention - we thought he might not want to come home! Patricia is a great communicator, flexible and sent regular updates and photos. There was total peace of mind that he was being loved and cared for over the week. Thank you Patricia! "Ivy looked after our dog Herbie and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. From the moment we met her, she was warm, caring and attentive, and it was obvious how much she genuinely loves animals.

"Prathija took amazing care of our two girls over three days, she was very quick to respond to my initial requests and throughout the boarding sent us constant updates via text/video call so that we felt at ease that our girls were being taken care of well. She went above and beyond with the care for our girls and her place had ample room for them to run around and explore which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and would use Prathija again for any future boarding."

"We can’t thank Sunny enough for the incredible care and love they gave to our dog, Tuffy, while we were away. Tuffy is an anxious pup with separation anxiety, and he can be quite sensitive when we’re not around. But from the moment Sunny stepped in, we knew he was in safe and loving hands.
Sunny was so patient and gentle with him, taking the time to understand his needs, routines, and little quirks. It was clear that Tuffy wasn’t just looked after — he was genuinely cared for. We could tell he felt comfortable and secure, which is not always easy for him.

"Our Paxton had a blast with Kavita and her family while we were away. Kavita truly loves dogs, always caring about Paxton's physical and mental wellbeing and paying attention to even small details. She provided daily updates with photos and videos. Her place was well-suited for dogs of any size with a free and easy backyard access.
