"5/5 stars really isn't enough! I'd like to leave 10/5 stars. Yumi and her partner answered my urgent query within 30 minutes, we're easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate. My boy (and I) have anxiety, and he doesn't like parting from right by my side. He took to Yumi and her partner straight away. I haven't used a sitting service before, and Yumi made me feel at ease, by knowing what questions to ask to make my boys stay as comfortable as possible. "Absolutely amazing pet sitters who took great care of our baby Haru. Their spacious and enclosed backyard gave him lots of space to run around freely, and their care and attention made sure he was walked, fed and happy. Communication was very quick and clear, and Eloy and Dream sent us photos regularly which reassured us Haru was having a great time, allowing us to have a great time on our holiday as well. Definitely will rebook in the future! "

"We've had Elaine look after our furbaby twice now and both times she and her partner have taken great care of him. Our doggo is a very picky eater but Elaine caters to his silly needs.

"A recent holiday was our first experience of using a pet sitter for our 18 month old groodle. As expected we were apprehensive about leaving her with people we did not know. We started with a day of daycare and from that day on we only had to mention Brendan, Imogene or Molly (their Jack Russell) names and Ebony was excited at the prospect of going to see them. Brendan provided us with regular updates and photos throughout Ebonyâs stay which we greatly appreciated.
