"Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"I couldn't be more pleased with the care our two dogs received from Katja and her family. They stayed with her for 9 nights while our home was being renovated, and it was clear from the photos that they were having an amazing time, smiling and enjoying the company of other dogs. Katja was incredibly attentive to their needs, providing gentle walks (as they’re older) and plenty of cuddles. Unlike kennels, which often charge extra for walks, attention, or special care, everything was included in the fee with Katja. When I went to pick them up, although they were happy to see me, one of my dogs momentarily turned back, as if to stay! It was obvious they were very happy and comfortable in Katja’s care. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!"

"Michelle and her family took excellent care of my two Cavoodles while I was on holiday. On the first meeting I could tell Michelle is a dog lover and experienced with dogs. Michelle sent me regular updates with photos and videos of my boys on their walks and having fun at the dog park and dog beach. It was easy to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing my fur babies were in such good hands. I highly recommend Michelle and would definitely use her dog sitting service again. "

Throughout the stay, Tiko provided regular updates, including pictures, videos and messages, which gave us peace of mind that Toffee was in great hands. Toffee was well-exercised and received plenty of affection and playtime, which really showed in how happy and relaxed she was when we returned.

"My wife and I are so thankful for Dalrené’s care for our boy fuji. We were able to have a great long weekend away without having to think twice about how Is was doing. "From first contact Alida was amazing.
This was the first time boarding my pet jack Russell, so I was very happy with how polite and welcoming Alida was and helped me through the process.
Alida and her family went above and beyond with not just boarding my pet but creating exciting experiences for him with a paddle pool, walks and a spot on the couch to watch tv and a nap. "Madeline, Marius and Molly welcomed me and my doggo into their home with a big smile and a warm welcome. I knew straight away that Apollo would be taken care of and treated as if he was their own, they obviously had a great understanding of working breed dogs and how to keep them entertained. He swam in the pool, went to Manly for a walk and made great friends with Molly. 2 working breed dogs could be a huge success or a big fail. This was definitely a roaring success and the 3M's will be my number 1 choice for future bookings. Thank you for giving Apollo a fun day while I travelled, he is looking forward to the next time 😀.
