"Mat looked after my dog for 6 nights and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We did an initial meet and greet at his house beforehand, which made drop-off super easy. When I brought my dog back for the stay, he immediately recognized Mat and went straight into the house with excitement — which says everything about how comfortable he felt there.
Mat was fantastic with communication. He sent daily updates about how the day was going along with lots of photos and videos, which was really reassuring and nice to see while I was away. He’s also very responsive whenever I messaged.
His house is clean and he has a huge, spacious backyard for dogs to enjoy. The court location also makes it feel more secluded and ideal for dog sitting.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend Mat. He’ll definitely be my new default dog sitter going forward."

"Lolita is truly amazing and took such great care of my dog. She made sure my dog felt safe, comfortable, and happy the entire time. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos, it gave me so much peace of mind.
She has a lovely, secure backyard and a safe environment for dogs. She also took my dog on walks and treated him with so much care and attention. I couldn’t recommend Lolita more highly. Thank you so much again!"

"Jason and Stephanie took amazing care of our dogs, despite dogs testing their boundaries. It's the first time boarding for 1 of our rescue dogs and they very patiently worked through the best routine for him and his grumpy brother, while continuing to give us updates on their progress. Highly recommended dog sitters."

"Janice did a wonderful job taking care of my dogs in her home. We didn’t leave many instructions, but she clearly knew exactly what to do and made them feel comfortable and cared for.
She sent me updates and photos during their stay, which was very reassuring. On the pick up day, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after.
I really appreciate the warm and safe environment she provided. Highly recommend Janice if you’re looking for someone trustworthy and kind to care for your pets — I’d definitely leave them with her again!"

"Samantha is amazing! As a first time user and having not left Goofy out of our care before I honestly had nothing to worry about. From the first contact, Samantha replied quickly to my request and organised a couple of meet and greet times in the week leading up to our departure. Her communication with me was always warm and accomodating and ensured both parties were comfortable. What made her service so great was that she was able to care for only Goofy during our entire vacation as he can be aggressive around other dogs. He loved the attention and affection from Samantha and her family. While we were away, I was updated with messages and a cute video of him playing with a toy. All in all I cannot fault Goofy's stay with Samantha and her family and would not hestitate to recommend her service. Thank you Samantha"

"Han and family looked after Loki for a week and treated him like their own. I received daily updates, videos and photos, which gave me total peace of mind while away. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive to Loki's specific routine. They followed all my instructions perfectly including high-energy walks and feeding schedules without a hitch. "Steven was amazing!!!
We couldn’t be happier with the care Akira received during her stay! From the moment we dropped her off, we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such kind and capable hands. Akira now has a new friend - Teddy (Steven’s dog). He was equally amazing with our Akira, shared his toys, played with her, went on walks together.
We received regular updates, photos, and messages, which made being away from her so much easier. It was clear that Akira was treated like part of the family, getting plenty of love, attention, playtime, and care. She came home happy and relaxed.

"Olga and Ro were the BEST pet sitters I've experienced! Olga kept me updated with lots of photos that reassured me that my dogs were definately having their best times, and I was able to enjoy my holidays 100%. They looked after my dogs as if they were their own🥹 it even made me a bit jealous! Any concerns raised were immediately addressed and reassured too. "We had a really positive experience with Nikki and her partner Pedro for dog boarding. I was quite anxious about leaving our boys with someone new, as we usually have friends look after them, but they gave us great peace of mind from the start. They were responsive and reassuring whenever I checked in, which made a big difference.
They handled our two big, high-energy dogs confidently and with care, which isn’t always easy, and it was clear they were well looked after. We really appreciated their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others!"

"Being a Pawshake sitter myself, I thought it would be hard to find someone to look after my little dog as well as me. But I can honestly say that from the moment I met Kaye, I felt reassured that my baby would be in loving and safe hands.
We did a trial day before the 2 week stay which introduced my dog to Kaye & her dog (and vice versa), which went well and Kaye's dog was incredibly welcoming and patient with her furry newcomer,
Kaye was easy to talk with and obviously had a lot of experience with having different dogs in her clean and organised home. I knew then that I didn't need to look at any other sitters.
During the main booking, I got daily updates with photos & videos where my little girl looked so content & happy that I was worried she wouldn't want to go home! I'm sure she absolutely loved her time with Kaye and got very attached to Poppy as they often slept side by side. My dog was well and happy when we returned (and thankfully did want to go home with us).
I wouldn't hesitate to use Kaye again or recommend her. She's a lovely girl with a heart in the right place and totally trustworthy to look after your dog as you request."
