"Erica was absolutely wonderful with our dog! She treated Ziomek as if he were her own, making sure he felt loved, comfortable and safe throughout his stay. She even gave him a little massage in the evenings, brushed his hair, kept him entertained with a lot of toys and took him on lots of walks.
When he developed some stomach problems, Erica noticed the symptoms very quickly, kept us informed straight away, agreed with us on the next steps and took him to the vet. She handled the situation so calmly and made sure he was comfortable and well looked after.
We felt completely reassured knowing he was in such caring and responsible hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would fully recommend Erica to any dog owner. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our boy! ❤️"

She took photos and videos of my doggy on a daily basis and sent them to my whatsapp while I was overseas.
She took my doggy out for a stroll everyday.

"A recent holiday was our first experience of using a pet sitter for our 18 month old groodle. As expected we were apprehensive about leaving her with people we did not know. We started with a day of daycare and from that day on we only had to mention Brendan, Imogene or Molly (their Jack Russell) names and Ebony was excited at the prospect of going to see them. Brendan provided us with regular updates and photos throughout Ebony’s stay which we greatly appreciated. "I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Louise. From the moment we met, it was clear how much Louise and her partner genuinely love and understand Frenchies in particular. Henry took to them right away, which gave me immediate peace of mind.
Throughout the entire stay, she provided regular updates, including photos and little notes about how things were going. It meant so much to know Henry was not only well cared for, but also happy and relaxed in my absence.
Henry came back home calm, healthy, and clearly well-loved. Henry was sad when he came home because of how much he missed Louise. It’s such a relief to know we have someone trustworthy and kind to rely on whenever we need to be away.
