I have always loved and cared for dogs, having grown up with two huskies - Malybe &amp; Kalypso.&nbsp;
Malybu recently passed away and my attention has solely been focused on making sure Kalypso has the best life. My partner and I love our daily walks with her and have recently started taking her camping. We are active, love the outdoors and nature and would love to be able to share that experience with other dogs.&nbsp;
Having looked after two big dogs from puppies to 14 years old, I am very comfortable around all ages, sizes, backgrounds and different breeds. I mainly work from home so my schedule is very flexible and I am able to take last minute bookings.&nbsp;
I will treat your pet as I would my own, taking extra care with them. I am able to provide updates and photos of your pets each walk if needed.&nbsp;

I offered dog walking and home visiting so far, however, I will consider daycare and dog sitting depends on the different type of dogs as I don't have a big backyard at my house. I have been Housesitting with my partner in Melbourne fulltime since July, 2023. We have done housesits or different time durations, sometimes 1 month, sometimes 1 week or even 1 day, and different suburbs all across Melbourne. We mainly took care of dogs: puppys, younger energetic doggies, old quiet dogs, some more reactive, nervous or fearful dogs! Some of them required medicines or a certain way of training, with treats or toys, so we are used to dealing with different personalities of the furry ones! We have had many border collies, a kelpie, labradors and retrievers, but also smaller dogs like a King Chevalier, a Malteese, or a dachshund... But we also took care of two rabbits and many cats so far. As our experience shows, we are used to dealing with different environments and older animals as well as puppies, either in apartments or houses, since our love for animals makes us adapt to the different personalities they might present and to the various needs they require.

I will work with you to plan this out during the initial free intro meeting and if for any reason I can't support work your requirements, I will let you know up front.&nbsp; I realise it is very important that your furry friends feel like their lives and habits are the same.If you need an in-house sitter, I can definitely work with you to look at what your requirements are and put a plan in place, so you feel comfortable.Unfortunately, I do not offer the ability to house your furry family at my place, as Jessie finds it difficult with other animals.&nbsp;I now have more time on my hands and want to give that trust back, so you can go away and feel relaxed that your family of pets are being looked after and you are not stressed about their welfare or whether they are anxious.I will look after your furry friends, like I look after my own. My wife and I have a 12-year-old long-haired domestic cat, and we have a deep love for pets. We frequently help our friends take care of their cats and dogs. Hi it's Jennifer and Ben and we both love animals. We both grew up in Australia with pet dogs. We currently have 2 cats (Donut and Muffin) and a dog (Poncho). Donut and Muffin are both laid back and placid cats and they don't other dogs. Poncho is a super friendly pug who loves pats and loves to play. Our love for animals has led is to become pet sitters.
I am currently not working and my Husband Ben mainly works from home and having to head into the office once a week every Tuesday. So we will have sufficient time to be able to care and play with your pets(s).
As we live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony we would prefer to look after small to medium sized dogs. There are baby gates installed so we can close them should your pet require some alone chill time. There is also an enclosed dog friendly park about a 10min walk away where we can take your pet to run free and play and mingle with other dogs.
We can also organise for a meet and greet before hand if you require before you book.
Rest assured your pet will be looked after as if he/she is part of out family :)

As the owner of two kelpies I know how important those daily walks are for your lil buddy. 
It's super important to me that we have an original consultation (free) to reach a point of absolute clarity of what it is you expect from the hour me and your dog will spend together. 
Eg. do they need to do some running? Do they need to take it easy? Do they need breaks? Do they require any special treatment? Do the walks need to be around your area or would you prefer that they are a little further from home for something new? 
I take and send you photos of our walks as I know how much we all love to check in on how our dogos are going.
