"We feel incredibly lucky to have found Shann as our dog walker. Her communication was warm, professional and reassuring, and she understood Willow's needs.
Shann was very attentive to Willow's mood and energy, she was adaptable and made sure she was happy and comfortable. That level of empathy meant the world to us.
Shann kept us updated with messages and videos after each visit. Willow looks so joyful in every clip, she clearly had fun!
Having Shann look after our girl gave us huge peace of mind. We will be reaching out for our next weekend away and are so grateful for her reliability, kindness and dedication. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, trustworthy and truly dog-loving walker – she's an absolute gem.

"Casper has been fantastic with my dog, and has become a regular trusted carer for him. He has a great understanding of different breeds and really takes the time to understand their needs, which gives me peace of mind. Orlando always comes back happy and well-exercised, and most importantly I know he is safe with Casper.

"It was great to have Yomira take care of Tiger and Lily again. She gets to know my cats very well. She cleans the trays well. She communicates to me while I am away very well. She is caring. She gave my Tiger his medication. She did all that was required. We are all Very very very happy. "

"Hini is a great sitter with good knowledge about dog behaviour. Hini has been awesome with our shy dog Nutmeg, being caring and patient while Nutmeg takes her time to come out of her shell.
