Hello, I have a 8-year old Border Collie, starting from 2 months old. She grew up with my children, and we love to have her as our family member. While she was a puppy, we went to dog park and training club often. She is very active and healthy. Now we walk her about 3 times a day (morning, before dinner and before sleeping), and play fetching tennis ball.&nbsp;
I helped to look after friends' dogs, for example, home visit and walk a German Shepherd, and dog boarding a Cavoodle at our home for a month while my friends travel overseas, etc.&nbsp;
I understand it is not easy to travel and leave your lovely ones at home. I am mostly working from home, and not travelling in the near future, so if you want to have a great holiday without worrying about anything behind, I am happy to help to look after your lovely pet.
Home visit and/or walking is preferred, also better within 15km of Epping, NSW.&nbsp;
I am available in the morning, afternoon and evening, on most of days.
I can help to administer oral medication, do basic training and grooming, bring in mails, put out bins, and water plants. Each home visit will be about half hour. Walking will be about half hour, and can be at local streets, forest, parks, or dog parks.

About Us:
When we say "we," we’re referring to my husband, Alejandro, and me (Daniella). Alejandro has grown up with dogs and has always had at least two at a time. He’s great at managing multiple dogs at once. I’ve also been taking care of dogs of all types and sizes with my parents back in the U.S.
We both love animals, and since we don’t have our own dog yet, we enjoy just sitting at the dog park to watch the pups play. If we’re lucky, one will come say hello, and it always makes us smile. 
We treat every dog like family, and we want them to feel like they’re part of our pack while they’re with us.
What We Ask:
Your dog should be people-friendly and well-trained. Honest communication is key so we can understand your pup’s needs and make them feel at home.
We promise to love them like our own furry baby.

Our Home:
We live in an apartment with plenty of space and green areas. We know it can be stressful for dogs to adjust to a new place, so we’ll make sure they get lots of cuddles, walks, treats, and attention. We’ll also stick to their schedule as best we can.

Things to Bring for Day Care or Overnight Stays:

Pick-Up/Drop-Off Info:

For overnight stays, please pick up your dog around the same time they were dropped off (e.g., 10 AM Saturday drop-off, 10 AM Sunday pick-up).
If you need to pick up your dog at a different time, there will be a small additional fee.

Important Notes:

We only take care of up to two dogs at a time, unless we’ve discussed otherwise.
If we care for two dogs, they must be from the same family (siblings) or get along with the other dogs.&nbsp;

We don't offer dog training, so we ask that your dog is already trained.

A Meet and Greet is a must for your peace of mind and ours.

Hi! I’m Sophia, a calm and responsible pet sitter based in Epping, Sydney. I have 7 years of dog experience and 3 years of cat experience, and I currently live with my 3.5-year-old cat who I’ve raised since she was a kitten. My daily routine includes feeding, brushing, teeth brushing, nail trimming, and litter cleaning, so I’m very comfortable with regular care tasks.
I’m confident with different personalities, from shy pets who need space to energetic dogs who need structure. If a pet feels nervous, I stay patient, let them approach at their own pace, and use quiet body language to build trust. During walks, I always put safety first: secure harness checks, avoiding unsafe areas, and watching body language around other dogs. For home visits, doors and windows are double-checked, and feeding/medicine instructions are followed carefully.
When owners are away, I provide daily photo/video updates, track eating/pooping behaviour, and note any changes in mood or health. My goal is simple: to keep pets comfortable, safe, and emotionally supported while you’re gone — so you can travel with peace of mind.


Only available in these areas: Thornleigh, Normanhurst, Westleigh, Waitara, Wahroonga, Hornsby, or 5km around Thornleigh. I can walk them either to the nearest park, or around where you live. I usually do a 30 minute to 45 minute walk with most dogs.
I love dogs and cats! I've taken care a few of them before, and I am ready to help you take care of yours! I'm a software engineer in my 30s. I work in Sydney CBD and from home, and available for walking some evenings after 5pm (if you need earlier times, I can accomodate depending on the days). I am an older lady, a retired creative arts teacher . I love travelling and being out in nature  and delving into the mysteries of the wider Cosmos  .  I am an experienced and very well regarded pet sitter   and mad keen animal lover. I work  primarily as a live in sitter  meaning  I will come to your home and stay overnight to care for your pets while you  are away . I normally undertake sits from a minimum of 3 days  and  up to 6 weeks.&nbsp;

I  particularly love to walk the doggies I mind and especially love the dog park experience .  I find it a really fun and very sociable part of a sit  .Love watching the dogs socializing  and often find other pet friendly nice people to chat to  at the dog park.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
I usually pack a creative project in my  suitcase  when off to a sit such as a writing or illustration project I have been working  on writing and illustrating and self publishing a second childrens book  as my latest project&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;I  find it works well to have a creative project to work on whilst  spending quality time chilling with the pets I mind in their own home . I feel priveleged and blessed to have had the lovely opportunites to spend  quality time caring for and enjoying the company of the pets I have minded  over the last few years .
Apart from taking care of  cats and dogs of many different breeds and ages I have had quite a bit of experience minding chickens .I once minded a chook house with  50  bossy chickens who were very  enamoured of the applique  flowers on my leather sandles and went for my feet everytime I entered their domain .It was soemwhat terrifying  but I lived to tell the tale   and I am pleased to report the only critter ever to have sheafed its mortal coil  while on my watch  was a little hermit crab .I came downstairs one morning to find its e shell floating upside down and its little legs pointing skywards .  Cause of death unknown  It was very sad . However other than than I'm very pleased to report overall very positive experiences of handing back to their owners relaxed happy pets and a sparkling clean home at the end of each sit.
